There is a queen bed, full bath and kitchenette (microwave, coffee pot & mini fridge) on main level. Guests are welcome to use outside kitchen which has full fridge, gas, charcoal & flat top grill. Our space is a beautifully restored historic ballroom that inhabits the entire third floor of this 1800's downtown building. It's a rare find that's both historic and one-of-a-kind. You will now find 3 separate bedrooms, all with queen beds. One of the bedrooms is a loft style room that overlooks the ballroom, which is now open concept kitchen, dining and living area. You will find one full bathroom and another half bathroom. There are also two separate work spaces in the apartment.

Studio is 500 sq ft, open concept living. The kitchen has apartment size stove and refrigerator, microwave, toaster and Keurig. The bathroom has a large shower, no tub. The sleeping area has a king size bed. The space is designed with ease and comfort in mind. It is attached to my home but with independent living. Parking available under the carport or beside house. We have stayed here before and look forward to staying here again. Carolyn is an excellent host and is very easy to work with. We especially appreciate the decor. We are in our 70s and I enjoy looking at the antique items. They remind me of things I would see in my grandparents’ homes.
