Monthly Rentals in Newlin Township

I stayed here for a short overnight trip to visit the Longwood Gardens. The Airbnb was super cozy, clean and looked just like the listing. My only gripe was that it was really cold and it took a little while for the rooms to heat up. But everything else about the spot was great! Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Becky and Dave's place! The location is great - nice balance of convenience (near to town) with being in the country with a nice walking trail nearby. The space is very comfortable, with all the amenities one might need. It was also refreshing and appreciated to not have big instruction / to-do list! We appreciated the thoughtful touches such as keyless entry (no need to keep track of keys) and having a readily available HDMI hookup for connecting your favorite streaming device. Parking and check-in instructions very clear and convenient. Recommended!

This schoolhouse location was the perfect getaway and so much better than any commercial hotel. It was absolutely spotless and the amenities were beyond what was described. We loved finding a drip coffee pot in the cupboard which is a rare find. We highly recommend and look forward to staying here again when we are visiting our kids.

If I could have given more than 5 stars, I would have. The cottage, setting, and staying exceeded the online description and our expectations! The cottage is thoughtfully and beautifully designed and decorated, the setting is serene and Addison went above and beyond to insure our stay was perfect. We will definitely be back!
