This is a beautiful let to stay at, The pool is magnificent and the house is top class. Loads of hidden features all around and a ginormous TV! Great hosts & Lovely plot & local area. Highly recommend Bears Paw for food just 5 mins away. Thank you, We would love to come back

Idyllic cottage for a countryside getaway! We stayed at the Farmhouse for 3 nights as a group of 7 adults and 2 children. We loved our stay here, can highly recommend. Clean, peaceful, comfortable beds, fast WiFi, big TV. The large kitchen was perfect for a big group with 2 ovens and dishwashers. The heated pool and game room were around the corner - technically shared with the other cottages but we were always alone when we went. 5mins drive to picturesque Bakewell. Only cons (which are not really that critical): Hosts are not responsive through Airbnb, but thankfully instructions for check in were very clear and there’s a booklet in the house with all necessary info. Kitchen could be stocked with a few additional cooking essentials, like oil and a few spices.

The house was absolutely incredible and excellent value for money. It was in stunning surroundings, the hot tub was amazing and the exclusive booking system for use of the pool was a lovely addition. The house was spotless and full of character and the private garden was also wonderful. The beds were really comfortable and there was just the right balance of charm, space and comfort. We definitely struck gold when booking this gem. Thanks so much for all of your support in making this a trip to remember!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage. The space is great and as an extra bonus, you get to use a heated pool and brilliant games room. We went early Jan and there was loads of snow, as well as pretty cold temperatures, but the house warmed up very quickly and we were always more than comfortable. The property is close enough to Bakewell for a short drive or taxi ride, should you want to venture into town. We're thinking about going back in the summer.

What a wonderful stay at Manor Farm. The house was beautiful, well maintained, extremely spacious and very comfortable. The surrounding countryside was stunning, with great food being served in nearby pubs and plenty of places to visit. Great space for youngsters too, with the wildlife - baby rabbits, sheep and birds and of course the swimming pool and games room, all of which they loved. Thanks to the hosts for their welcome and hospitable atmosphere.

Great value for money. Can't stress enough how friendly and reliable the staff were. We had a lovely week stay, the house was clean, the beds were comfy and the scenery was perfect. We were informed of the booking system for the swimming pool and games room, so you could have the room to yourself which was great. The pool was clean, the games room was kept tidy and the house surroundings were really lovely to walk around. You can tell the grounds were well maintained and kept in good shape as the workers never stopped, but were always so friendly. This property is perfect for bike riders, walkers and pub crawlers. You couldn't get bored.

We had such a wonderful stay at this lovely spot in Tean. It was a beautiful find. peaceful, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. It’s my second time staying at Foxt Cottages in Froghall , this time with my mom and dad, and we absolutely loved everything about it. The cottage was charming, clean, and cozy – a real home away from home. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful countryside made it the perfect place to unwind and spend quality family time. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. We’d happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing break in a lovely setting. I also recommend the willow cruise if you have time as high tea was just dreamy on the canal boat !

Peatswood Cottage is a gorgeous place to stay. We were only there one night but would have loved to stay longer. The cottage is characterful and simply but beautifully furnished & very welcoming. It was really clean, had everything we needed and and the beds were extremely comfortable. The cottage is in a beautiful, peaceful parkland location with a lawn and picnic table for guest use. We'd love to return! Alice is a very responsive & helpful host.

Stayed for a week while relative was at Stoke hospital. Took less than 10 mins to walk door to door to hospital, along well lit road. Take aways and small grocery shops nearby. So was perfect location for our purpose. Beds were comfortable, well equipped kitchen, good overall value and Brian was a great host, very responsive and helpful. Thanks!

If your looking for a period quaint cottage, then look no further. This 16th century cottage was stunning has everything you would need for a break away in Peak district. Stella has thought of everything in the cottage to make your stay perfect. If you forget anything its their in the cottage, from toiletries in the bathroom, condiments in the kitchen. Games and books for entertainment and a smart TV for your Netflix's fans. Even the dog gets treat and looked after with a bed and blanket. Thank you for our stay we will definitely be coming back.

This property is beautiful and in an amazing area. I travel to the UK and stay in Airbnbs often. This house and the furniture inside were more comfortable than what you get in most Airbnb in the UK. Usually, you get small sofas and beds in the UK, but there was no such issue here. We were comfortable and found everything we needed. One issue is that it wasn't clear beforehand that the lake is off-limits to guests. You receive a detailed information email a couple of days before your arrival, and there you read that the lake is private and it's not private to this property, you are not allowed around it. But others are, which means people are walking around the lake and in front your garden. It would be better if this was mentioned in the listing because I think the lake and the implication of privacy is probably a big factor in why people might book this house. Beautiful property overall but we were disappointed about the lake issue.

So enjoyed our stay at the Old Wash House. Everything was perfect from location to cottage & hosts couldnt have been any more accommodating. So many special touches from the freshly baked warm bread hanging on our door in the morning to the fire lit for our arrival. We loved it all & def hope to return ❤️ 😍

It was a great place, well located for Shrewsbury town centre with a pleasant walk along the river to get there. I would definately stay here again. Note: finding the property can be tricky when following 'sat nav', and working out how to reverse a car into the off-road drive required a bit of strategic thought, but that all seemed to add to the experience! The House was beautiful. Its character and charm were out of this world. Plenty of room and lovely decor! Everything we needed in the house for a great stay! When we arrived the was just too cold. It was so uncomfortable for all of us and just about heated up as we went to bed. We had to use the middle small living room as it was the only room warm enough to sit in. A couple of the bedrooms didn't have any heat from the radiator so again very uncomfortable to be in. By the next day the house had warmed up and was fine. The heating should really have been put on on the morning of our arrival so we didn't freeze the for first late aft / Evening of our stay. I we were to stay again it would meed to be at least spring time unless th e heating had been on.

Yew Tree Farm was a perfect spot for our annual meetup. The children loved the garden space and it was great having the two sitting rooms and large dining table looking out across the neighbouring fields. We had a couple of lovely walks into neighbouring Gnosall and Norbury Junction - enjoying a pint by the canal on both outings. Definitely a spot that ticked all the boxes!

We stayed at this Airbnb for a family wedding nearby, and it was absolutely perfect. The location was ideal—just a short distance from the venue, which made everything so convenient. The place itself was spotless and very well-organised, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was a great base for the weekend, and we’d definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay, the place was perfect for us to stay in and the great, the weather definitely helped. We spent yesterday relaxing and went into town for a walk and food and I don’t have a bad thing to say. I’d definitely stay here again.
