Charming place with everything you need labeled and at your fingertips. It was the perfect spot to getaway and unwind. Sarah and Kasey were excellent hosts.

We planned a special getaway near the Grand Rapids area to celebrate my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary, as it is where they first lived when they got married. Since they now live on a lake, we wanted something similar—and this place was absolutely perfect! The accommodations were outstanding. The kitchen was fully stocked, and there were so many activities to enjoy, including board games, lawn games, pool, ping pong, foosball, and air hockey in the garage. If you're looking for a peaceful, lakefront retreat with endless amenities, this is the spot! The home features 2 king beds, 3 queen beds, 18 bunk beds, and even a hot tub. The spacious decks, which span the full width of the house on each level, provided plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the view of the lake. Sara, the host, was phenomenal—her communication was prompt and clear, making the entire experience seamless. If you’re considering this property, don’t hesitate—just book it!

this home is absolutely beautiful. the kitchen has tons of prep/cooking space and the appliances are spotless. the welcome basket was amazing, especially after traveling with two hungry teenagers. the lake is beautiful and so peaceful. we saw shooting stars from the dock and loved all the birds in the morning. the home looks exactly as the pictures, and the bathroom is stunning. we had everything we needed and then some. honestly the only thing I would add to this beautiful house is ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

It was a great spot. We loved all the recommendations and amenities. We did had to clean some spider web from the doors and windows but other than that it was good.

The cabin was super cozy and great views of the lake from the hot tub! The kitchen was well stocked and great for a weekend stay. Only complaint is that floors seem to be caving in a little bit in certain spots.

This little cottage on the lake was exactly what we needed. My kids got to fish from the dock right in the backyard, the views were gorgeous, and the house was the perfect size for us. We had the best time!

We really enjoyed our stay here and definitely plan to come back. Amber was a wonderful host... very thoughtful and helpful. We felt very welcome and at-home here. Plenty of great things for the kids to do both inside and out. The house was clean and well taken care of... no issues at all. The house was very well stocked with supplies and ammenities... moreso than probably any other rental we've been to which was a pleasant surprise (makes packing and planning easy). Overall, this one really stood out to us as one of the best AirBnb/ VRBO we've stayed at. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Amazing stay is a pure understatement ! Everything was perfect. Kate & David Responded very quickly. There was nothing that we could possibly need besides an additional night to book. Kitchen was full of essentials. Well equipped and comfortable, spotlessly clean. The view was spectacular! Our absolute favorite amenity is the steam shower. We’re most definitely looking forward to booking with Kate again. This is our most favorite stay to say the least.

From the moment I arrived, I felt at ease, surrounded by peaceful surroundings and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The interior is cozy and thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space was perfect for enjoying my morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. Whether you're looking for a quiet retreat or a base for exploring the area, the Cozy Cottage is an excellent choice. I can't recommend it enough for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway!

This place is amazing, & I recommend to anyone looking for a serene & peaceful getaway! The area was extremely quiet, still, & calm throughout our stay. The views of Diamond Lake were surreal. It felt so magical. Having direct access to the water, as well as kayaks/paddleboats, was incredible. We enjoyed multiple rides in the lake. We also enjoyed the basketball & voIleyball courts. We had planned to hike nearby, but ended up not wanting to leave at all! The cottage is extremely cozy, quaint, clean, & it is truly an elevated cabin experience with the renevations. Having the kitchen & TV was a plus. I loved the reflective books scattered throughout! I would advise to be prepared for the tap water with sulfur & its smell. I’m learning this is common for cabins/cottages in rural or nature areas. It was the least of our worries, but just something to be prepared for. Jake — you’ve done an amazing job with these accommodations. I can’t believe a place like this exists. I will be back!

Julenes place is a little slice of heaven on Bill’s Lake, with an especially generous lakeside property sitting in front of clear water. The water is shallow for an extensive frontage, and there’s a boathouse with all the goodies. We brought our three small children who had a blast in the water all day. Home was as described. Bring toiletries as they do just a starter set (described) not including shampoo, and consider stopping at the grocery store on your way (or delivery). House was very clean and updated. We had a great time!

We had such a wonderful time at Heather’s cottage!! This is the second time we have stayed at her place and hope to return!! They thought of everything to make it a very comfortable, relaxing, and fun vacation home! Thank you!!

Jason and Jennifer have a great cabin in a quiet location. They are friendly and responsive. Also keep the cabin up very nice and it is a cute and cozy place to stay. Very scenic with a lot of nature and history. Its easy to get to and an easy drive to the lake. There is endless of fun to do in the area and on the property as well. I had a great stay and made a lot of good memories.

The cabin was spotlessly clean, easy to enter and leave, and in the most beautiful location. We had a few snafus but Brandon responded immediately and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend

My stay at the Cozy Cabin w/ Hot Tub was everything I needed and more. It truly was the perfect little getaway spot. The hosts were very kind and responded in a timely manner. The cabin was very clean and had all of the amenities listed and more. The hot tub was amazing. I truly do not have a single bad thing to say about this place. I will be recommending this to all of my friends and family. Hopefully I will get a chance to come back and stay here soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It’s a peaceful and relaxing location, perfect for a family retreat. The interior was beautiful, with stylish furniture, and everything we needed was provided. It was also very clean and well-maintained. The host was fantastic, professional, kind, and incredibly responsive. Although the weather didn’t allow us to use the kayaks and bikes, the host quickly provided them, along with an air pump when requested. Truly a great experience with a wonderful host!
