Monthly Rentals in New Town

I loved staying at Deanna's gorgeous studio. It was the perfect bolt-hole from which to explore Hobart. I really lucked out and would definitely rebook. It's so close to the centre of the city, but you feel just far enough away to feel like you're experiencing every day Hobart. It was a short walk to the local cafe, and also supermarket etc. My favourite aspect is the view of the mountain from everywhere you look in New Town. Thanks for having me Deanna!

Maggie's place was great. We stayed for 2weeks visiting our friends in Hobart and it was a great base for us. Plenty of room and amenities, the place was very comfortable. We liked that it had a heat/AC pump in the lounge and an additional electric heater and electric blankets in the bedroom + a fan for warm nights. The house is old and drafty but the heaters keep it warm and cosy. Everything was very clean and comfortable, we had no issues. Area was great, it's a short 5-10min to supermarkets and bus stops. Bus into the CBD is about 20mins. We appreciated the place came stocked with tea+coffee plus cooking essentials. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again on our next visit.

We had a perfect unit to stay in while in Hobart. Close to supermarket and local shops. Unit was clean and tidy, easy to find and host was lovely when we spoke to her! Totally recommend and will certainly be back. Thank you Sharon 😀

What a beautifully presented home inside and outside. Matt & Steph have done an exceptional job at making this an immaculately clean, comfortable and classy place to stay. This was our first time booking this home and Matt and Steph were wonderful to communicate with and they happily accommodated our needs.
