A kitchenette connects the 2 areas and opens into a deep front portal through French doors. Guests will enjoy the extensive high desert landscaping throughout the property.

Our cute cottage has been restored with many cool updates including a farmhouse sink with black wood floors in the upper bedroom and kitchen. The bathroom has subway tile and a lot of wood accents. It has been updated with central air conditioning and heat. We also added a side deck with a private hot tub. The place is an amazing get away. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Must be 25 years old to rent. No pets.

BY THE GRACE OF GOD (& maybe a bit of my sheer grit) this little lady is standing post 2024 arson fires/floods…She is still & will continue to be a pristine cozy cottage on the Rio Ruidoso that offers an historic Upper Canyon stay. To be clear the neighborhood does show remnants of its former self but in no time will be stunning again…Further I want to thank all my former & recent guests for the outpouring of love & support through this most surreal time…awesomely good people in this world!

You can hike right out the door, and enjoy out-of-this-world star gazing, and amazing sunrises and sunsets!

This adobe casita is a special place – washed in sunlight, quiet and tucked into a half acre with grass, trees, flowers, rabbits and birds. Located right behind the Balloon Fiesta grounds and is just a few minutes drive, it is only 15-20 minutes from downtown Albuquerque and about 50 minutes from Santa Fe. Plenty of outdoor space in which to relax and soak up the sun. And great Wifi for remote work. The casita sits on the same lot as a larger house that is occupied by a long-term tenant.

Quiet, cozy cottage in the beautiful Mimbres Valley, located between City of Rocks State Park and Lake Roberts. Sleeps three, or couple with two small children (1 double bed, 1 single). Pet friendly, with large shaded enclosure. Hummingbird haven from April to October. Patio with charcoal grill and a garden for seasonal picking. Fresh eggs from my chickens in the fridge in season. We have four fireplaces in the house; the one in the master bedrooms upstairs can be used to burn wood.
