Monthly Rentals in New Lambton

Joan & Garth were friendly and easy to communicate with. The house is exactly as in the picture and description. The place is in a quiet suburb and easy to locate and get to all locations. Our highlight was getting to play with Scarlet & Portia, they were the friendliest dogs ever. A home away from home. Would highly recommend.

We had a great time during our stay. We really appreciated the breakfast basket that was there for us as well as the fridge items. It made settling in so much better.

This was a very good place to stay. As well as the advertised and expected things, all the extras made all the difference. Welcome gifts on arrival, washing powder, an umbrella to use if needed, glad wrap, aeroguard, containers to store food etc. All the things you have at home and don't necessarily take on holiday. We brought bikes and Jenny happily accommodated a 'parking' space' undercover and out of sight. Everything was very clean. Supermarket, shops, cafes and restaurants are very close. A few bus routes are nearby. We would happily stay again. Parking is on the street. It was not a big deal and we nearly always parked out front or very close. Looking for a space in business hours was the only time parking was limited.

We needed a place in the Newcastle area as my son lives in Cardiff. The unit was perfect for me and my daughter and had everything we needed. Location wise we were happy and spent a lot of time at the beaches which are only a few minutes drive away. Mina was very helpful and accommodating when we asked anything . We would stay again when we next visit .
