Monthly Rentals in New Kingston

The place was what I needed. Host was responsive and helpful when I needed something. Good price and close to where I needed to be. I would book again if I'm in the area for work. Upstairs neighbor have a dog though, and it barks nonstop over any noise you make when they aren't home.

I just stayed here for my birthday and let me say this is the best birthday I have had in years. Asa’s home was beautiful and perfect even for winter days as you don’t even need to leave the house. You can tell that this home is so thought out and means a lot to Asa and his wife. This place is stunning 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to get away for a weekend. You won’t regret it.

Our stay at the Rosa Cabin was absolutely wonderful! Dean’s hospitality was above and beyond. The cabin was cozy, comfortable and roomy. Everything we needed was available to us in the cabin. Super close to many great restaurants and short drive to the ski mountain. I really look forward to staying here again!

I can’t say enough about how much I love this house. I was a guest in this house on six previous visits when there was another owner. I was so happy that it was once again listed on Airbnb. The location is perfect. Five quick miles to town where there are lots of places to shop and eat. The views from the house are amazing, and so peaceful. The house is very large with spacious rooms. Kitchen is perfect for making your favorite meals. During the warmer months I have my meals on the deck and listen to the birds and rustling leaves on the many tall trees. My favorite, however, is the swing on the covered front porch no matter what the weather is. Kim and Bonnie are excellent hosts. The house was incredibly clean. My inquiries were immediately answered. They went the extra mile knowing I was up there with my dog for a special occasion. I truly appreciated that. I highly recommend this house and the hosts, Kim and Bonnie.
