Great place

great cabin, great host.....place was very nice and clean.....the only thing to be aware of is the road getting there (last 15 minutes).... your average SUV, Van or cross over etc is just fine....but not for a sport cars, Chargers , Challengers etc etc or anything with low ground clearance...

Had an absolutely amazing time staying here. It was beyond our expectations. The house itself is incredibly modern. You feel like you’re living inside a magazine photo. Every day we were sitting inside, we could see the farm animals grazing. In addition, the location is perfect because you are just a few minutes away from the main Ellijay city center with tons of restaurants and cute shops to explore. However, whenever you come back to the Air bnb, you feel like you’re in a rural oasis. All of this doesn’t even mention how amazing it was to be able to interact with Ted himself and his farm animals. He allowed us the opportunity to feed them, tour the farm, try some of their produce, and generally get an idea of what it’s like to take care of a farm like their’s. They also have multiple other properties on site in case you have a large group of people. Ted himself was everything you could want from an Air bnb host: friendly, positive, helpful, and responsive. Can’t wait to be back soon!

Rushing Waters Retreat was amazing! From the moment we got out of the car, we could hear the water flowing. Check in was quick and easy. Upon entering, it was very clean and uncluttered. We could not wait to get out to the screened porch and see the view! It did not disappoint! There are three separate decks and they all have a wonderful view and nothing but the sound of the rushing water. There are over 100 steps to the water, but we were just fine with that! It also mentions it in the listing. Sitting by the water was our favorite! I was hoping to see a bear or two, but we didn't... this time! We did see several deer. We cooked all of meals in the fully functioning and equipped kitchen. I loved the downstairs room!! It stayed so dark in the morning with the darkening curtains! Heaven. We will definitely be returning in the Fall and hopefully get to use the firepit! If you're looking for peace and quiet and privacy, I highly recommend Jason's place!

Y’all…this place was pure North Georgia magic for us — a much-needed, last-minute getaway for just me and the hubs. 😍 We wanted something within an hour of home that we could sneak away without a huge production, and River Dreams was perfect in every way. The home is warm, spotless, and filled with thoughtful details. The property is a true outdoor lover’s paradise. The Ellijay River is literal steps from the backdoor (500 feet of it!), with its own stone steps, benches, and a huge telescope for stargazing. We listened to the rush of water, and just soaked it all in — pure peace. There’s a big picnic area, a built-in hammock, and charming seats made from trees on the property. The location is perfect — secluded enough for relaxation, but less than 10 minutes from all the restaurants, wineries, and charming stores of Ellijay. If you’re looking for a place to reconnect, breathe, and make lasting memories, this is it. We’re already planning our next trip!

Pics don’t do it justice! This is a cozy cabin that is thoughtfully stocked with all the amenities needed to feel right at home. We enjoyed the hot tub and the wrap around porch! The water pressure upstairs is low if someone is also showering downstairs, but that’s an easy thing to work around. For the location, value, and comfort, you can’t find a better place in this area. The hosts were kind and responsive. We would definitely stay again!!

We had a great stay at Ben’s cabin. Strong storms knocked out the power but Ben was very responsive to our needs, answered all of my questions quickly and we still had a lot of fun. Ben is probably the most gracious host I have dealt with on Airbnb. The cabin had all the essentials and was very clean, just a few cobwebs here and there but nothing that you would not expect for a cabin in the woods. We will definitely stay again in the future.

This place is awesome! It’s nestled into a hillside along a stream with views of the lake through the trees. It’s located on a dead end road and you have to cross the bridge to access the property. I like that because I was able to let my dog off leash and I didn’t have to worry about her getting distracted by other dogs or people walking by. It seemed very private, even though they were neighbors close by. I enjoyed having my morning coffee either sitting in the bench on the creek or on the deck . Afternoons were great hanging in the hammock or walking down to the waterfall, which is about a 10 minute walk. We were celebrating our anniversary during our stay and we had a nice relaxing week at the property! We would like to return again soon.😊
