Full use of a 930 sf guesthouse with a spiral staircase leading to a loft bedroom. Downstairs, soaring 20 foot ceilings and huge windows look out on our horse pastures. Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood about a mile from downtown Apex and a mile from the US-1 exit. Self check-in. Newly renovated. New HVAC unit. We'd love to host y'all, whether it's a short or long stay!
