Vacation rentals with a balcony in New England

Our third time staying at andreeas place! We felt right at home.

I chose Le Sky because of the neighborhood, the value, and the colorful decor (compared to other places available at the time). We were a group of eight, me, my three grown kids and our partners. It was perfect! The neighborhood was delightful, we got local takeout for two nights, and cooked one night. (Groceries sourced from Jean Talon Market, and from shops close to the apartment.) We all got Metro weekend passes which work on the buses as well. The bus is convenient, the Metro a 10-15 walk. The traffic in the neighborhood ,when we arrived, on Friday afternoon of Thanksgiving weekend, was horrendous, with many left hand turns prohibited at that hour. We wound up parking in the lot directly behind the apartment, a bit more expensive than the more affordable suggested street parking, but worth the convenience for us. All in all, a fantastic place for a most lovely family get together!

Super clean, wonderful neighbourhood - we had an excellent stay. We are a family with two small kids and enjoyed the many cafes and restaurants nearby and the clean, comfortable apartment. The bedrooms do face out onto the main road so you should expect a little bit of noise but a lovely little balcony to sit on and very comfortable all around.

This is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at! Not only because the property itself is lovely (decorated well, a stocked kitchen, beautiful surroundings) but because our hosts were 10/10. Hopeful to be a repeat guest of Beto and Scott’s!

The Beach House is the best rental we have ever had on the Cape. We have rented many homes. It was beautifully decorated, super comfy, and centrally located. The house had everything we needed and then some, with everything thoughtfully arranged. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch, the bikes, and the back picnic table. Just a fabulous place!

Absolutely amazing place and experience. Everything about the place was great and the communication and service was the best. We received 5 inches of snow on our last night and they even had the driveway all plowed for us first thing in the morning. That was a very pleasant surprise. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful home worked perfect for our wedding visit. Loved sitting on the deck! Beautiful landscaping and very private! We were very confortable and able to relax between events and visit. Donna wad very flexible and allowed us to enter early so a dew of our family members could do s little remote eork. I hope to rent here again in the future! As a special surprise we saw the northern lights from the deck one night!!

This house was the perfect place for our family get together. We were able to use both dwelling and socially isolate while indoors. The grounds are extensive and nicely cared for. There were plenty of gathering spots outdoors where family could gather comfortably while maintaining distance. These are cray times, but this property was well suited for our family needs. The garden is gorgeous and there was plenty of room to spread out for a softball game or badminton, but intimate enough to find a nice corner to read or just relax. The location was very good as well. It was a short distance to the walkway over the Hudson (30 min) and to Lake Minnewaska State Park (40 min). This was our first trip to Hudson Valley but will not be our last.

Our stay here was amazing, the house is adorable and the views are stunning. The pool was the perfect temperature and the whole family was in the pool every day, plus the views from the pool were pretty remarkable. Sherri was a great host and super communicative and helpful. The house is set up perfectly for a large group with cute little restaurants a short car ride or boat ride away. We will definitely be back!

Everything in the cottage is brand new. The location is secluded and away from traffic. You drive down a dirt road to get to the house. Lots of great hikes and fresh lobster. The cottage is open and airy, and the back porch is great to watch the sunset. Sheri was great to work with. We had a wonderful stay at this property! The unit was clean and updated, with comfortable rooms. The location could not be beat for our family with beginning skiers, located conveniently off of the lift. We are already contemplating our next trip!

This condo really exceeded our expectations in how beautifully it was decorated and the amenities that it had. The location was perfect for walking down to the shops and restaurants in the Old Port area and Patrick and Tara gave a great list of restaurants and other places to check out close by. We were only there for 2 nights. I wish we could have stayed longer. Hopefully we will have a chance to stay again some time.

This is a great condo with incredibly easy access to the clock-tower base. The condo is clean, well-furnished, and it was a lot of fun to stay at.

there wasn't any problems as far as the unit itself the unit was awesome the only problem that I have was trying to get a hold of red awning as they everything was automated but other than that the check-in was very easy and simple the check out was very simple and the stay was phenomenal

This location is perfect, ski in and ski out was extremely handy. Large wonderful unit, it comfortably fit 5 adults and two kids. Easy access to the village with lots of activities for people who do not ski. This would also be a wonderful spot in the summer. Thank you for being an excellent host!
