Perfect place to stay if you have a large group. Very comfortable. Lots of space. Great memories.

My family and I spent a long weekend at Olivier’s place. He’s been a great host and we had a wonderful time staying at this wonderful property! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who likes outdoor activities, fishing, hunting, hiking or exploring the true beauty of BC!

The pictures made it look a little more isolated then I expected and the neighborhood was pretty cluttered, but overall beautiful location with a cozy little cabin and great views.

The pictures don’t do it justice! Jacob’s place is stunning & my girlfriend and I had an amazing stay. Kitchen had lots of supplies which was awesome, the little grass patch out front was perfect for games and the hot-tub was awesome. Was a bit of a drive from Vancouver but was 100# worth it! Wish we could of stayed longer

An amazing spot to relax and unwind. The river runs right beside the property, filling the space with the soothing sound of flowing water — incredibly peaceful. The hot tub and campfire setup is perfect, and there’s even a grill if you want to fire up a BBQ. The only thing to note is that the toilet setup is a bit rustic, but honestly, the overall experience and amenities more than make up for it. Considering the price, this place is a fantastic getaway. Highly recommend!

This is a very specially place! Our group of 6 spent a wonderful night in this stunning home. The home was spotlessly clean with comfortable sleeping arrangements for all of us. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed to cook a family style dinner with lots of space for all of us to pitch in. We enjoyed our morning coffee looking at the beautiful view and making plans to return next year for our annual girl’s trip.

Maria is an excellent host! We had a couple issues but she addressed the one immediately (unfunctioning lock) and I'm sure she'll fix the other pronto too- the listing implies more beds than exist. There's one in the bedroom, one in the loft and a foldout futon. All are comfortable. The space is very clean. The views are very nice. The cabin is very nicely outfitted with appropriate but unique furniture. The kitchen is well outfitted too. The space was very private and the deck a nice place to gather. Highly recommend both the host and any of her properties!

The location was very remote as described by Terra. It was what we were looking for our stay. The pictures were accurate. Views were nice. Terra was responsive. Only issue was the Oven was broken (she did tell us but not until after we booked) with being remote we needed to cook at place. We would have booked anyway so all good. Worth the visit!!

We really enjoyed staying in Joan's cabin, it is a beautiful property and there is a nice little hike to a waterfall from the cabin. She was very responsive and helpful, we would come here again!!

Anita and Wes were extremely responsive and made sure we were completely set up before we showed up late Friday evening! The fresh sourdough and eggs were a lovely touch! The cabin was cozy and serene, providing a very relaxing getaway from the city. Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Fantastic classic cabin experience. Quiet area and a great rock beach very close by. Also has quick access to Kaslo and local trails for hiking. We loved it and will be back!

In a word, a very cute cozy cabin. Something surprised me: 1) they have gym / game board in the shop , very cool! 2) there is a small stream besides the house, the white noise helped me sleep so well ! 3) it’s a bit cold upstairs, and it rains a lot … recently. 4) Jolaine is so friendly and helpful ! Response immediately!

This was a great stay. Soren was a great host and even took the extra time and effort to mail back a couple paddles we left behind!☺️ The cabin was perfect. It was an unforgettable getaway💜 10/10 would absolutely visit again!

Had an amazing stay at this property! It’s incredibly private and offers a fabulous outdoor seating area along with a spacious yard perfect for dogs to run around. We loved every moment and will definitely be looking to book this stay again.

Amazing log cabin and friendly hosts! A peaceful and beautiful getaway spot with great access to nearby beaches and a good home base to explore the rest of the West Kootenays. Unexpected bonus - No Shoes radio!! Enjoy!!

Amazing. Such a great place to stay. The whole of the Kootenays at your doorstep. Then there was the silence, the incredible view, the ravens swooping by in the morning, the lake stretching out for miles, the private beach, the stars and night filling up the sky, it was all just wonderful. Inga and Karl were beyond generous, and the space was lovely and comfortable and clean and relaxing. Just great.

Caldera Cabin was fabulous. Exactly as pictured, beautiful and clean. Using codes for locks was flawless. Parking was a non-issue. The only thing is perhaps a bit of a misunderstanding of how ‘walkable’ it is to mountain for skiing. At least with our stay, you clearly had to drive to the mountain to ski. Perhaps there is a walking path that we were unaware of to the paradise chair, but we could not seem to find anyway to walk to mountain/lifts with skis in ski boots. That said, this place is amazing and was an absolute pleasure to stay at

I had the most wonderful stay at this lakefront cabin. What an absolute gem! The setting is incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect spot to unwind and recharge. The deck overlooking the lake was a highlight -we enjoyed al fresco dinners with such scenic and picture-perfect views. 😍 The cabin is ideally situated bordering Gladstone Provincial Park with lovely trails that felt like they were just in the backyard. It made morning walks a real treat! The sleeping bunkie is super cute and cozy, and the dock and beach area are simply fantastic -they’re ideal for soaking up the sun or a quiet moment by the water, whether in sunshine or starlight ✨✨ (The stars are amazing there!) I can’t recommend this place enough. A true beauty spot that I can’t wait to return to!
