The so-called Kossätenhof is the only listed private building in Rühstädt with a residential building, former stables and a barn. On the barn, 2 pairs of storks with 3 young storks are currently nesting (June 2025)! Places with historic city centers such as Perleberg are easily accessible.

It was completely renovated in 2022-2023 and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Hier könnt ihr euch nach Ankunft vor dem Haus entspannen und dem Himmel bei seinem bunten Farbenspiel zuschauen. Ruhe ist hier garantiert. Typische Geräusche sind hier die Eulen am Abend und die Trecker am Morgen. Auch Reh, Hase, Fasan oder Storch kommen oft vorbei.

Ein einzigartiger naturbelassener Ort, um ein paar entspannte Tage fernab der Großstadt zu verbringen. Die alten Backsteingebäude sind Heimat von Wanderfalken und Eisvögeln und im Fluss kann man paddeln oder schwimmen. Mit etwas Glück wird man morgens von den Schafen geweckt.
