The Delta benefits from a kitchen open to a large living/dining room with pellet stove. On the ground floor is also a first bedroom with double bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a laundry room. The apartment consists of two bedrooms and a mezzanine, living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and terrace. It was renovated in 2024, it is located in the center of the village of Coltines. Ideally located you will find nearby the airfield, Lioran ski resort, Prat de Bouc, Garabit Viaduct, the towns of Murat and Saint Flour, many rivers and the GTMC road. Beds are made upon arrival, towels are provided.
