what an amazing find River House was for us, fantastic accommodation and views. Katarina was a brilliant host, always willing to communicate and sorted an issue we had very speedingly and going the extra mile. River House is very well equipped, clean and well maintained. If Katarina was not available her Mum would be there bringing us homemade cakes and preserves every morning, such a treat, we felt very spoilt. I would highly recommend, if you want a peaceful break in beautiful surroundings you could do no better

It is a great location and is very picturesque. The online pictures don't do it justice. The house has everything you need and more. We met with Mario on arrival, who welcomed us and provided us with handy local information.

I cannot praise the host Tatjana and the Villa White Lady enough. Tatjana was very helpful and always responsive to our questions. The villa was stunning, set in a beautiful location. It is 15 mins from the old town, and close to some excellent restaurants and beautiful views. The villa was spotless, and exactly like the photos. The bedrooms are all a great size. Kitchen well equipped. The swimming pool was so welcome in the heat. We have had a great holiday and will certainly be back to beautiful Croatia.

Very nice and large accommodation with a private pool. Everything you needed was at the accommodation, super smooth check-in and out and very nice host! Everything was also clean and the rooms were large and fresh.

The homeowner was very friendly and polite, always responded quickly to questions. The place was very clean, there were 4 towels in each bedroom. In case of problems with the electricity, the caretaker came immediately. The price was also pretty fair for the view and the pool. I highly recommend the accommodation. Everything great 👍

We have just returned from a vacation in this beautiful villa and we simply have to share our delight! We were looking for accommodation that offers complete privacy and relaxation, and this villa surpassed all our expectations. Nestled in the midst of untouched nature, the villa offers an incredible feeling of peace and tranquility. Starting the day with the chirping of birds and fresh air, far from the city bustle, was a real balm for the soul. The pool was an absolute hit! Spacious, clean and with plenty of deckchairs for everyone - ideal for morning refreshment or afternoon enjoyment in the sun. We especially liked that the pool was completely private, which allowed us to relax without any interference. The garden is a story in itself. Beautifully decorated, with plenty of greenery and colorful flowers, and a multitude of vegetables, it is a true work of art. Every corner of the garden exudes care and love, providing the perfect ambience for evening gatherings or simply enjoying the silence. The child loved to explore every corner! This villa is not just accommodation, but a unique experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! Everything was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The large pool was perfect for our children, and the quiet location ideal for relaxing. The hosts were extremely friendly, warm and always easy to reach – communication was quick, clear and pleasant. We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. We were there with four children and had an all-around pleasant time. If we travel to the area again, we would definitely choose this villa again. Absolute recommendation!

We were very satisfied with the accommodation located right next to the sea, literally a few steps away. The apartment was well equipped, the kitchen surprised us beyond our expectations, we found everything we needed in it (oven, stove, many plates, bowls, cutlery, pots, ladles, glasses, ...). Everything was clean and perfectly prepared. The double bed was very comfortable. The host Matej responded quickly and promptly to messages, provided an accurate description of where the accommodation is located. The host Maria was already waiting for us at the place, she showed and explained us everything, gave us many recommendations where to go on the island of Mljet. Much appreciated the care and kind attitude of host Maria, she adds value to this nice place. We had a great time and would love to come back.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Kozica! Everything about it was perfect — from the peaceful location surrounded by nature to the thoughtful design and comfort of the home itself. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable holiday. Ivan was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always available if we needed anything but also gave us complete privacy. You can tell a lot of care and love went into creating this space — it's even better than the photos! If you're looking for a quiet retreat in the Croatian countryside this is the place to be. We would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Ivica is very attentive to his tenants. We arrived 3 hours before the scheduled time and we were able to settle in immediately. The apartment is very well furnished (like at home). You'll even find sunscreen in the bathroom!! The terrace overlooking the sea is the most remarkable point. We don't want to leave it anymore... We took some beautiful excursions nearby. When we drove to Montenegro, Ivica gave us directions to avoid a long wait at customs. There is a very large selection of activities and we very much appreciated the fact that there are far fewer people than in Dubrovnik itself!! Recommended without hesitation.... Can't recommend this place enough! It was simply perfect. We stayed with our 11-month old and they had provided all the amenities we'd need. From the warmest welcome, to being extremely responsive to anything we needed, Marija made us feel right at home. The house is beautiful, even better than the pictures and the location is spot on. You can walk into the local villages which had shops, beaches restaurants and Dubrovnik itself is only a 15 minute taxi away which you could easily organise with Uber. We were greeted with homemade wine and other treats which was lovely. Marija also called in a few times with fresh fruits and toys/gifts for our son which just made it even more special. We can't wait to go back!!

Great spot. Swimming straight off the pier. Massive house to accomodate our family, which was great to have space. Lovely outside spaces also. Hosts were super responsive and greeted us on check in. Lovely place to spend a few days :)

Very nice and large apartment, like new, very well-equipped. The view is relaxing and I'll be curious to see the village when the road works are completed, as there is great potential. It is conveniently located for taking a trip by car. In addition, Ante is very hospitable and generous with local products.

We really enjoyed our short stay with Ana. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean and with lovely finishing touches. And Ana is friendly and helpful! Highly recommended.

The accommodation was much better than we expected. Clean, fresh and partly renovated. Fantastically nice patio overlooking the big lake in the middle of the national park. Possibility to swim at the boat dock below the accommodation. Access to swimming areas in different places around both lakes. Extra plus was that the host had made sure that there was a basic supply of spices and the like in the kitchen as well as hygiene items. It was also good because it was a bit of a walk to the grocery store. We highly recommend this home!

We booked this beautiful place as a group of 4 for my husband's 40th birthday celebrations. Communication with Mato from start to finish was great, he was very responsive and even provided a complimentary bottle of fizz which was a really lovely touch. Location-wise, it felt private and had incredible views of Cavtat. I do feel like I should mention that it would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues as there are A LOT of steps and uneven ground. We were dropped off by taxi at Cavtat bus station and there's a short walk (no more than 10 mins) to get to Mato's place. The apartment itself is stunning, just like the photos. The beds were comfortable and the place was spotless. Fresh towels were provided during our stay and our bins were emptied. The outside space is gorgeous, we really enjoyed spending evenings in the hot tub overlooking the water. There are a few small jobs that need finishing off but it didn't bother us at all. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Exactly as advertised and true to all the reviews: spotlessly clean, super friendly host and ideally placed for trips to Dubrovnik, Cavtat and Mlini all of which are little slices of heaven. We swam everyday and dedicated parking made life easy.
