Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Neukölln

This is the second time we have stayed at Johanna's apartment for three months and we enjoyed it, as we did the first time. The apartment is flawless and Johanna is a wonderful host. With the Berlin-Lichtenberg station a two minute walk away the entire city is quickly accessible. A tram stop just below on the street provides other useful options. Grocery and other stores are nearby. Having a station nearby, we didn't worry about grocery stores being closed on Sunday - They're open in most S-Bahn stations. All in all, a very convenient place to be staying in Berlin. We would definitely consider staying here for a third time.

Beautiful gracious apartment in a delightful part of Berlin - the best kitchen we have ever seen - characterful and impeccably furnished rooms. Wide tree-lined street with restaurants and families and a market. We are dreaming of spending a month here living in Berlin.

Carsten ist ein äußerst netter und gastfreundlicher Mensch. Er hat geduldig auf unsere Ankunft gewartet und uns sehr freundlich und offen alles wissenswerte und notwendige erklärt. Er ist sehr grossherzig, bot uns an, seine Kaffeevorräte etc gerne zu nutzen. - Die große Wohnung ist super toll mit ihren drei Schlafzimmern plus Balkon. Die Lage der WHG ist auch genial, sehr ruhig und in wenigen Minuten sind sowohl S-Bahn-Station als auch Bus zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und warm , liegt in der fünften Etage - es gibt natürlich auch einen Aufzug. Perfekt war der zugehörige Tiefgaragenplatz. Alles rund um super. Gerne wieder.

Alles hat wunderbar funktioniert und die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr geräumig und schön. Vielen Dank und gerne wieder :-)

Gute und schnelle Kommunikation, sehr ruhige Lage, gute Anbindung an ÖPNV, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen, sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, Parkplatz vor der Haustür, für einen Berlin-Aufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen

Super séjour chez Roi, L'appartement est adorable, le petit balcon charmant. Le lit est incroyablement confortable! Tout est extrêmement propre et sent bon. Des petites attentions nous attendaient dans l'appartement, nous avons été très touchés. L'environnement est très calme et bien fréquenté. Roi est extrêmement soucieux du bien être de ses visiteurs et très rapide dans ses réponses. Je ne trouve rien à redire. Merci beaucoup, le séjour fut parfait!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was modern, very clean, and perfectly located for exploring Berlin. Everything went smoothly, and the host was especially kind and welcoming. We felt very comfortable and would definitely love to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Bob W's place in Berlin. The room had everything you needed. It's on a 2 minute walk to the U-Bahn (metro). The host was very responsive and pro-actively communicated with us, which was great! Would definetly recommend staying here!

We spent a week here as a group of 6 friends and had a fabulous time. The house was generous in size, well laid out and beautifully decorated and furnished. We made full use of the fantastic kitchen which had everything even a demanding cook might desire, and shared great meals in the gorgeous dining room (which can comfortably seat 10 or 12). Having two supermarkets (Aldi and another one) within 5 minutes walk was a real plus.) The three bathrooms were great and the beds very comfortable. (The 'toddler bed' is in fact a full size single bed.) Re location: it mostly took us close to an hour to travel by public transport to destinations in the centre, something to be mindful of. We'd warmly recommend this place for larger groups.

Meine Freunde und ich haben uns in der Unterkunft super wohl gefühlt. Matthias hat das Haus sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und es gab vor Ort wirklich alles was wir brauchten, zB in der perfekt ausgestatteten Küche. Alles war sehr sauber und die Anbindung zu dem Haus ist wirklich gut, vom Berliner Zentrum ist man mit der U-Bahn und dem Bus schnell beim Haus. Die Kommunikation mit Matthias war einfach, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit. Ich kann das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Myself and 3 friends had the pleasure of staying at Clay Gardens for 4 nights. The house was amazing and had everything and more that you will need. House was immaculate with great facilities. Supermarket was close by with easy access to public transport also. Thomas was a wonderful host who welcomed us warmly. Thank you Thomas!

Everything was as described. We have been here before and will definitely return when we are working in this area.

Surely one of the best airbnb experience I have ever had! Nice place to stay to feel yourself peaceful in nature. Cozy guest house. Ozgur is very friendly and helpful, really enjoyed my weekend there! Highly recommended :)

We always enjoy staying here. The beds are comfortable and there is space to chill. There is enough kitchen equipment to cook a meal. There is a lovely outdoor space with a table and chairs if the weather is good enough to eat outside.

Sehr gepflegtes und gemütliches Haus mit einem charmanten Gastgeber, traumhaft schöner Garten!

It’s a wonderful place. We all really enjoyed it. I wish we had time to use the pool more because my three year-old grandson had a great time in the pool. The nearby park is great for kids and has an interesting history. The only suggestion I have about this Airbnb is the glass table legs are really a hazard. My daughter in law and I both hurt our feet. I ended up wrapping towels around the legs. Also could use a hook or two in the guest bathroom there is absolutely nowhere to hang a towel. The nearby beer Garden with dozens of birds is great fun as well.

Hans and his partner were exceptional hosts, offering a serene and beautifully maintained space that provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and creativity. Their patience with my late check-in was greatly appreciated, making my arrival seamless. The peaceful surroundings and thoughtful touches throughout the home created an environment that was both welcoming and inspiring. I was able to write quite a lot. Thanks to the calm and comfort of their lovely spot. I highly recommend their place to anyone seeking a restorative and productive getaway.

Super netter Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber. Unkomplizierter check-in, auf Nachfrage auch ein etwas späterer Checkout möglich gewesen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt und dazu ein super bequemes Bett und eine schöne ruhige Terrasse. Beim nächsten Berlin Aufenthalt sehr gerne wieder!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was just as stated and shown in the photos. All the amenities we needed and more were provided. The place was super clean, comfortable, beautiful, and close to most, if not all, key locations. Frank was great and very helpful. We especially loved the orange juice! Totally recommend!!

My wife and I recently embarked on a two-week adventure around Europe, starting with the beautiful city of Berlin. We were truly captivated by the charm and vibrancy of the city, and we found that many attractions were easily walkable, making our exploration even more enjoyable.
