Sehr zentral in Friedrichshafen - Uferpromenade, Bahnhof, Restaurants, Bäcker, Supermarkt und Schiffe sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Zur Messe und zum Flughafen sind es jeweils nur ca. 5 km. Ideal für Urlauber, Geschäftsreisende und Messebesucher. Schnelles WLAN ist vorhanden.

Relaxing In Pure Nature

Our peacefully located holiday apartment, about 85 m², is situated in a nature reserve near Ravensburg, offering pure nature - however a car is necessary. The apartment is part of a separate section of our farmhouse and has its own entrance, an idyllic garden area to relax, a barbecue and fire pit, romantic seating areas, sun loungers, parasols and access to a natural stream. Ample parking is available. Picturesque hiking trails start right at the doorstep, inviting you to explore.

The apartment is located on a hillside with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60 m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are located on a slope, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise hardly any cars drive directly past the house as we are the second-to-last house in a cul-de-sac.

Our apartment is located 4 km from beautiful Lindau. It offers the ideal base for trips to Lake Constance, the Allgäu, Austria or Switzerland. Extensive walks are possible from the apartment in the adjacent forest. It is also well located for hiking, cycling, motorcycling, swimming or skiing. An Edeka market with a bakery that is also open on Sundays can be reached in a few minutes. The apartment has a balcony overlooking two ponds.

Lovingly furnished apartment with many details in the south of Ravensburg-Obereschach, central yet quiet location between Messe Friedrichshafen (9 km) and the historic old town of Ravensburg (7 km). Lake Constance (e.g. Friedrichshafen waterfront) can be reached by car in approx. 20-25 minutes. My place is in the countryside close to the historic old town Ravensburg. Lake Constance (e.g. Friedrichshafen ) can be reached in about 20 minutes. Shopping is available nearby (1 to 3 km). You will love my place because you can look up to Lake Constance and the Alps in good weather. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, and much more. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and business travelers

Vacation home small but nice

Our house is located on the edge of the village center. A large old birch is the landmark in our garden. The stately wooden house was built 140 years ago in the Biedermeier style and has changed little in all these years. It still reflects a forward-looking and cosmopolitan generation. In this sense, we welcome guests from near and far.
