Cottage in the center of Sées, 300 m from the town hall and the cathedral. Rental by the night or short stay. In the summer, the pool is accessible to guests, as well as the garden (pool and garden are shared with the owner). The cottage is adjoining our house but access to the cottage is direct from the street.

We offer this house in the countryside, quiet, surrounded by stud farms, 12 km from Alençon and 5 km from Essay. The house is comfortable for 6 people. It was partially renovated in 2021 (bathroom and living rooms). Parking is available for 2 cars without any problem. The property is fully fenced.
