In the grounds of a 15th century château - featured in a number of home & interior magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. (This accommodation has not been adapted for people with disabilities of any kind.)

This former artist's studio, which belonged to the photographer of the city of Saumur at the beginning of the 20th century, makes this place unique with its glass roof over 4 meters high, overlooking the oldest church in the city. The apartment is located in the hyper center, next to free parking, on a pedestrian street known for its many restaurants. This accommodation will allow you to access the Château on foot via the banks of the Loire or by walking the streets of the old town.

The cottage "Chez Marguerite" is located 2.5 km from the city center, it is easy to access ( last house in a cul-de-sac) close to all amenities ( Intermarché, cinema, essence, vb, Kiabi, intersport ect...) The cottage has a fenced yard to accommodate your 4-legged pets🐾, provided they are nice (I will no longer accept bad dogs, who do not tolerate other animals and humans) An electric car terminal is located 300 m from the cottage in the parking lot of the hardware store

The little house in the woods is a haven of calm nestled in nature, between the Château de Salvert and the Neuillé Blou forest. A large bedroom with a 140 x 200 double bed in an air-conditioned mezzanine, a second on the ground floor with a 140 x 200 double bed. A kitchen, a bathroom, separate toilet. A living room with a reversible sofa for 2 people, bringing the maximum number of guests to 6. Having our bakery in Saumur, we can offer homemade breads & pastries!
