Beautiful 3.5 rooms with lake view

3.5 rooms with lake views and private garden. There are two bedrooms for 4 people. Parking space available. Very quiet area. Jacuzzi bathtub. Painting and windows redone in May 2016 as well as the parquet in both bedrooms. For a month, it is no longer allowed to use the barbecue that is in the garden. Use the small electric grill in the hallway cabinet. Minimum 3-day stay.

Drosera, studio, Brėvine Valley

Cottage in a former post house from 1720 in the heart of the Brévine Valley. Large upstairs room with a double bed and two single beds. Sofa, TV and shower in the same 40 m2 room. The toilet is on the ground floor. A kitchen with a dining room on the ground floor is available upon request (independent entrance). You have to take a spiral staircase to access the cottage.

The lake is a 10-minute walk for swimmers, the forest is 3 minutes for hikers, the supermarket is 1 minute, the bus stop is less than a minute, the train station is 5 minutes and the city center is 10 minutes.
