Situated right next to the police academy, the studio is in a particularly safe environment. The Danube cycling path runs directly past the building, while nearby swimming spots along the Danube invite you to relax and cool off in summer. Bicycle storage and e-bike charging facilities are available.

Our cozy log cabin is located on the edge of the Ötscher-Tormäuer Nature Park and is a perfect starting point for numerous activities in the beautiful Ötscherland! Small house at the foot of the Ginselberg with views of a large pasture surrounded by forests. The accommodation has its own terrace with wonderful views of nature. The building is divided into 2 floors. On the first floor there is a small anteroom, from which you go into the living room, further into the kitchen, the bathroom and a toilet. The two bedrooms and a gallery are located on the upper floor.

The cottage for nature lovers is situated in a special, secluded location in the beautiful Ötscher Tormäuer. The small property "slows you down" and is good for the soul. You can swim in the crystal-clear, refreshing water of the Erlauf River, which is only 400 meters away, hike or embark on other adventures. A campfire in the evening or a barbecue make the day perfect!
