In the flat there is a kitchen with kitchen facilities (cooker and oven, fridge, sink, dishes and kitchen utensils), a bathroom with shower and washer and a bed-/living room (both in one). The bathroom has got central heating, but the kitchen and the bed-/living room need to be heated by tile stove (of course we'll heat it up before your arrival - so it will be nice and cosy when you arrive). The bedroom has got two single beds and one chest of drawers. It is possible to add one extra mattress or a cot. Linen and towels are available. The flat has it's own entrance and can be accessed without crossing our backyard (where you would meet our dog, 6 cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, turtles, chicken and the sheep on the meadow right behind our lot - as you can see, we have quite a little farm here :-) ).

From the separate 1200 sqm property in a village location, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and the starry sky, as well as a wide choice of possible excursion destinations in a landscape and bird paradise or the swimming lake to visit. Enjoy the tranquility and security of these ancient walls. Surrounded by ancient trees in the Mecklenburg Lake District. Your apartment is on the 2nd floor and was carefully renovated. We rebuilt the old clay frameworks, uncovered the ancient floorboards and only the finest clay paint was used on the walls. The hideaway is rounded off by a small cast iron fireplace for the evenings and a private sauna on the edge of the field... We love children 🧡🌟 4 cats and 1 dog live on the farm ;-)

In the evening you can sit comfortably by the fire or read a book on the comfortable couch with a glass of wine. From Groß Markow you can explore the surroundings by bike or by car. The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.
