You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.

We offer a spacious, family-friendly 4-room apartment in the coveted Uckermark, two bedrooms, baby/children's beds if required, a living room with a single bed, a sleeping alcove with bed, a work area and of course kitchen and bathroom.
