Delightful 5 berth caravan with superb sea views

Sandhills Holiday Park is a quiet, family run site in Bembridge. my caravan has great sea views with decking to sit & enjoy it on! On one side are trees, The beautiful sandy beach is a few minutes walk. The pub/ restaurant is about a 15 minute walk. Please note that the beach path is short but quite steep. The coastal path is accessed from the park making it excellent for walkers. In Bembridge village there is a small Co-op ,butcher, fishmonger & farm shop plus some good restaurants & cafes.

The Garden House Seaview, a secluded private space

Relax and enjoy our recently built Garden House. Set in peaceful surroundings with a private west facing private garden (with seating) and a large covered veranda (good for summer sunsets and outside living - even if it’s raining). Seaview’s village shops, local beaches and coastal walks are all close by. All rooms have modern electric heating (snug for winter visits) and there is good ‘through’ ventilation for those hot summer days and nights. We provide a starter ‘breakfast’ pack.

Clara Cottage: Perfect - comfortable and stylish

Clara Cottage is the perfect holiday home for up to 6 guests. St Helen's Beach is a few minute's walk away, the Duver nearby is a beautiful nature reserve with bird life and sand dunes. The village green opposite has a huge grassy area plus a children's play park. The village shop and post office sells everything that you could need . There is a pub on the green and a restaurant. Any time of year, you will find that this is an idyllic location. You are welcome to bring a dog with you.

The Guest Pad. Self contained in Ryde

Guest pad over 2 floors with separate entrance off of main hallway. Ground floor is lovely room with underfloor heating,fully equipped kitchen, sofa, dining table and chairs, piano and wall mounted tv. Upstairs is a beautiful king size bedroom that can be split to single beds if required and separate bathroom with walk-in shower. We are a short walk(10-15mins)from passenger ferry, hovercraft and beach and town centre which has plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants.

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

No3 The Mews is a beautiful, listed 2 bedroom, cottage. Set in its own garden, within the grounds of a Manor House. it is a converted stable block with cosy log burner and parking onsite for two cars. It is a two minute drive or ten minute walk from the beach at Springvale and from Appley park. It is conveniently located between the seaside town of Ryde and the coastal village of Seaview. Recentlly renovated with new bathroom for 2024.

Rosie & I let this stone built converted cart shed which is 200 years old. Paddock Cottage stands at the edge of our garden with open land behind. The accommodation is open plan 'studio style', with shower room. It is quiet and secluded and has a cosy wood burning stove. Off road easy parking and access. Well behaved dogs welcome, easy access to walkies.
