The house sleeps 12 in 5 bedrooms, of which 3 have panoramic sea views of the Solent. The large well equipped kitchen is a delight to cook in, and the kitchen table seats 10 and the dining table seats 12. The large terraced garden has a firepit and a bbq.

Formerly known as the "shifting house" it was first built in 1898-1899 to accommodate munitions workers changing into the special clothing that they wore when working on magazines.
