Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Nether Edge

Myself, my partner and our dog had a wonderful few days at Bridgefoot cottage, the photos don't do it justice is is bigger than it looks and so cosy. the garden is such a gem our dog loved it, fully enclosed and the hot tub was perfect after a long walk in the morning. Cottage itself was pristine, full of character and had everything we needed so we didn't need to contact the host for anything additional but I'm sure he would have been quick to help if we needed it. We cooked most nights but did order from the Indian (menu in the welcome book) which was a lovely change, we also walked into Calver and had some cake from the cafe there next to the Spar shop which was delicious. Great location with lots of beautiful walks nearby, one starting over the bridge and another if you turn left out of the cottage and continue down the lane you will pass through sheep fields and find yourself at Froggat woods. It truly felt like a home away from home and we would love to return in the future

Richard's place has a lovely blend of feeling like you're in the middle of nowhere yet being only a 15 drive into thriving Buxton. It was warm, comfortable and a great size for a family get-together, with some amazing walks literally on your doorstep. We can all genuinely say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great house to explore the beautiful Peak District. The cottage is really well furnished, cozy and with lots of nice details. The location is perfect for walking from the door. Lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. We had a great time.

It was everything we were expecting, central for all the heritage visits that we were planning to do. It was brought to our attention that we would have to be able to climb stairs. Sadly as an elderly couple we did struggle. Certainly didn't spoil our stay.

Perfect base for exploring the peaks. We stayed here with our toddler and it far exceeded expectations - it was very clean, well equipped and well located. We had a fantastic week and would highly recommend!

I booked this stay for my mum and partner who were over the moon with their time spent here. They came back and told me they thought it was such a beautiful accommodation, with stunning surroundings. Perfect for find a little respite, peace and quiet. They were delighted with how much was provided at the accommodation, Sarah had thought of everything. What a wonderful week we had staying in the garden nook! Everything was perfect from start to finish and Lisa was great in telling us about the local restaurants and brilliant walks to take us to the nearest villages. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived and have had the most relaxing and revitalising stay. We even got to feed the baby calves and lambs on our second night which was a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back next year! Thanks again for an amazing stay! ☺️

Beautiful small annex with comfy bed and everything we needed. Sue was a friendly and helpful host who made sure we had everything and were settled in. She has her lovely art work displayed around the apartment and it is a cosy space. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

It’s like visiting your Aunt & Uncle. On arrival we were made a brew whilst we unpacked. John had a wealth of knowledge about the area for us to bike/walk in addition to our plans. There was a slow cooker which was brilliant as meant like at home we could put tea on before mountain biking for the day. There was everything you could possibly need including a spare towel for my hair which no other Airbnb has had. We will be looking for other things to do in the area so we can stay again.

Hosts were very welcoming and gave good advice on local food and drink. Studio was clean and comfy with everything we needed for our weekend stay. Well located for nearby walks of all varieties. Quiet and well placed - We are likely to be back.

Jack's place was as advertised. We only stopped for one night and it was ideally located for meeting up with our friends.

1 Dalebrook View is a thoughtfully furnished and very spacious apartment which immediately feels like home. Very comfortable beds and well designed living spaces with everything you could want for an enjoyable stay. Kate could not be more helpful and gives clear details and instructions for everything you need during your stay. Good dog walks can be taken from the front door and there is a small enclosed green area 2 minutes walk away called The Grove next to the Fish and Chip shop. It is an ideal place to briefly take a dog to at the beginning and each end of the day. We visited The Moon Inn in Stoney Middleton and nearby Calver Arms plus local cafes. All offering good food and drink options, although we found the Eyam cafés to be very expensive, busy, slow on service or closed. Our booking for three nights from Sunday meant we missed out on a few things not being open including the local Toll Bar fish and chips open Wednesday to Saturday. We will just have to return another time!

Had an amazing time at Holmdene in the Peak District. was perfectly located for all the walking and trips/tours we wanted to do in Castleton. Charlotte & Stuart were wonderful hosts who greeted us warmly on arrival and Charlotte gave us a detailed chat on all the walks we could do tho we didn't get to experience all of them in our short stay due to weather. We had a lovely evening in the pod with friends and we felt very at home in the apartment which was spotless and well equipped for all our needs and we would highly recommend Holmdene to anyone looking to stay in Castleton. we will definitely be back for more visits. An absolute gem! Highly recommend. We were a party of 2 families (2 adults and 4 kids, ages 13-17). This accommodation was perfect for our needs. It’s spacious, clean, a great location and even better than the photos. A well equipped kitchen, lots of board games to keep us entertained in the evening, and lots of bathrooms. Kiran is a great host. Very responsive and nothing was a problem. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely apartment.

Karl was a superb host and the apartment was 10/10. Karl met us on arrival and showed a genuine, warm care for our visit. The apartment was lovely and homely, with lots of vintage items, with great access to Buxton’s sights and walks.

We only stayed for two nights for a quick fly through visit, but we were really impressed with the flat. It was clean, tidy and comfy. We loved all the little details Sarah added in, so many recommendations on things to do and she even left us milk and biscuits for when we arrived. Really wonderful spot, great value for money, will be booking again.

A fantastic place to stay. It is as described and shown in the photos. We immediately felt at home on arrival and was very comfortable throughout our stay. Amanda was friendly and helpful from booking to departure. The pre arrival information is some of the best we have received. The area is remote, quiet and exactly what we wanted for a quiet weekend away. We loved seeing and meeting some of the farm animals. Definitely somewhere we want to return to if we are travelling in the area.

What a great find. Perfect location for peaceful walks with my Dalmatian Daisy. The accommodation is finished to a very high standard with plenty of room and felt secure and safe. Most important to me was that it was dog friendly and it really was. Daisy had her own secure area to play in and this is just so helpful. Hosts are friendly and the info provided to help you to find the place is excellent, also lots of info in the accommodation about the local area. Would definitely recommend and also would love to stay again for a longer break.

the apartment had everything we needed, plenty of books for recommendations of what to do, only a stones throw away from the centre of Buxton. They have put their heart and soul into the referb and it shows and they've done it so well while maintaining the character of the building. Thank you again and I'm sure we'll be back!!
