House vacation rentals in Nether Edge

We had a lovely time staying at the Old Angel with a large group of women. The sheer number of bathrooms was super handy with the large group number, and the living and dining spaces were super functional for a group of our size. There is a one half freezer and a large fridge, which Nicola had left some treats in which was a lovely touch. Bedrooms were well organised and very clean, with towels provided. There’s a village shop right next door, and a pub 20 meters away which was glorious in the May sunshine. Nicola and her team were very helpful in response to any questions/feedback we we had - overall we had a lovely stay and I would recommend this place to others!

Wow what an amazing property, just wish I could have stayed longer. Home from home with more. Comfortable bed/s great quality including bedding and towels of luxury quality. Thoughtful touches on arrival. Local amenities, plenty of restaurants/pubs walking distance. Beautiful local reservoir walks, plenty to do and see. Spa was an amazing added bonus to enjoy your stay with full relaxation under the stars and after a long walk. Will definitely stay again and have recommended to my family and friends already. One of those weekend breaks that you don't want to end. Thanks for everything.

Lovely stay, the farm was beautiful and the animal feeding was the highlight of our childrens’ stay. Pool was great, super clean everywhere, and they provided maps of local walks which we utilised too. Couldn’t have asked for much more.

The house was absolutely incredible and excellent value for money. It was in stunning surroundings, the hot tub was amazing and the exclusive booking system for use of the pool was a lovely addition. The house was spotless and full of character and the private garden was also wonderful. The beds were really comfortable and there was just the right balance of charm, space and comfort. What a wonderful stay at Manor Farm. The house was beautiful, well maintained, extremely spacious and very comfortable. The surrounding countryside was stunning, with great food being served in nearby pubs and plenty of places to visit. Great space for youngsters too, with the wildlife - baby rabbits, sheep and birds and of course the swimming pool and games room, all of which they loved. Thanks to the hosts for their welcome and hospitable atmosphere.

Great value for money. Can't stress enough how friendly and reliable the staff were. We had a lovely week stay, the house was clean, the beds were comfy and the scenery was perfect. We were informed of the booking system for the swimming pool and games room, so you could have the room to yourself which was great. The pool was clean, the games room was kept tidy and the house surroundings were really lovely to walk around. You can tell the grounds were well maintained and kept in good shape as the workers never stopped, but were always so friendly. This property is perfect for bike riders, walkers and pub crawlers. You couldn't get bored.

Fabulous place - we stayed for a week - with 2 teenagers, a preteen and our dog - great field opposite to run the dog morning and evening. Plenty of beautiful walks straight from the front door. 45 minutes to nearest place to eat out. Facilities were great - lots of swimming and football played by our kids. Thanks for a great stay.

Super stay and so convenient for the Peak District, friendly place and nice food and beer at the Norfolk Arms over the road. Very clean, and welcoming. Thoughtful things in the kitchen. I would love to stay again - it's a special building with wonderful history, and a friendly and welcoming vibe.

The showers (which is what you’ve actually came to read the reviews for) were top-notch—powerful, hot, and exactly what you need after a long day of exploring. Beyond that, the accommodation exceeded all expectations. It was even more spacious than the photos suggested, set within beautiful grounds that provided plenty of room to unwind. The location was ideal, with easy access to stunning walks and local attractions. Oliver was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and incredibly accommodating with all my messages. His attentiveness made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located getaway in the Peak District!

great place, close to shops and restaurants

This was an ideal spot,close to ameneties but very quiet. The bed was lovely and comfortable, the whole place spotless. We highly recommend it.

We used The Nest as a base to get ready for my daughter’s wedding and the size and light in the open plan kitchen/lounge was perfect. Lovely location in Sheffield too

Had a great weekend. The place met all our needs, was comfortable, very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Will stop again when we are next in the area.

If you like the city and the great outdoors, Luke's place is the perfect base. You can reach the Peaks straight from the house, talking a walk through Endcliffe park and beyond. Or, take a stroll into the city for food/retail therapy. The rooms and living space are spacious and welcoming. Thanks Luke!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Salli’s place. The house itself is stunning, spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. It’s also perfectly located, with easy access to some fantastic hiking trails nearby, which we really enjoyed exploring. A beautiful well maintained cottage for two. Very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. Rosie popped in to introduce herself and deliver a bottle of wine, crisps and chocolate which was lovely as we only had a two night stay! We would certainly book again if we were in the area.

Convenient and practical accommodation. Appreciated being able to park car on the drive outside of the house. Local Lidl great for shopping. House was spacious. Easy access towards Sheffield, The peaks and South.

Myself and my friend's family stayed at Clare's place to visit Peak district. Fantastic place, loads of toys/stuffs to engage kids, extremely kids friendly, kitchen was awesome, kids enjoyed the trampoline in the garden. This place is near to all amenities. Fantastic, spacious, beautiful cottage. We felt right at home. Michelle was the perfect host and left some goodies for us that added a lovely touch. Communication was so easy too. Views are fantastic and the location was perfect for getting into Sheffield and the Peak District. Will definitely be back!
