Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Netanya

I rented this unit for a month because my daughter living in Israel got married. The apartment became and will always be heart of our experience. Our In-laws also rented a unit in the building and it couldn’t have been more perfect for us to be able to get to know each other and share meals together. The views from the balcony are majestic I have a month full of both sunrise and sunset pictures. The apartment is very spacious and functional. Kitchen has everything necessary to cook and i did a lot of cooking. Cameron the unit manager was the best, anything I reached out to him for he responded literally immediately and was just so kind and helpful throughout our stay. The building itself and the amenities are great we all made a lot of use of pool, saunas and gym. Really really nice. The area is amazing being so close to Levinski market and Florentine, my adult children thoroughly enjoyed exploring and enjoying everything around. I hope to stay here again in the future.

The place is located in the city center, with excellent transportation, very convenient and well located.

The studio was what I hoped, and felt very cosy and homey to me. A private space away from an amazing city down the stairs. All instructions to get in were very clear. I had no questions or difficulties. During my stay, Dori also made sure to keep communication up and ask if everything was ok. He was there if I would need him. Check-in was very flexible, thank you Dori! The neighbours are very friendly and kind. Good shower, clean bathroom, good bed. Spectacular view from the roof!

We had an incredible experience!! From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtfully prepared and welcoming. The space was organized, stylish, and exactly as described. Itai the host was very responsive, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The location couldn’t be better – close to the beach, great restaurants, and the vibrant heart of Tel Aviv, yet quiet enough at night to truly relax. Every detail, from the cozy bed to the well-equipped kitchen and fast Wi-Fi, made a difference. We’ve stayed at many places in Tel Aviv over the years, and this one stands out for all the right reasons. If you’re looking for a place that delivers on comfort, style, and location – this is it. We’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully designed The home is tastefully decorated with a unique combination of rustic wood, modern touches, and colorful accents that create a welcoming atmosphere. Every space felt intentional and inviting. The place was spotless, smelled fresh, and was equipped far beyond expectations. The jacuzzi offered great relaxation, and the overall privacy and quiet location made it a perfect getaway. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the host was super kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

התארחנו לסוף שבוע בבית הסירה, בית קטן וחמוד עם כל מה שצריך. יש מרפסת גדולה ומרווחת, סלון נעים, טלוויזייה עם אפשרויות צפייה, פטיפון, ספרים ואפילו אורגן. המטבח מאובזר, המקלחות נקיות ונוחות. הבית קרוב למדרחוב, הסביבה שקטה (חוץ מכביש סמוך קצת רועש). הבית מטופח, מלא עציצים והאווירה רגועה עם אנרגיות טובות. עדן ויובל היו תקשורתיים וזמינים לכל מה שצריך. מומלץ בחום 🌈

מארח ידידותי ותקשורתי. דירה נחמדה מאוד, קרובה להרבה מסעדות וחנויות טובות. נחזור שוב.

Another fantastic stay at this place! This was the third time and everything was just perfect. Our kids love the space and everything is great for a short or long stay. A very thoughtful layout, relaxing environment, and the sun filled home is up lifting. As part of this work / fun trip, it's a 15-20 minute walk to the Binyamina train station, a 3-minute walk to the Binyamina winery, there's a convenience store 2 minutes away and malls, grocery stores, and beaches 5-15 minute drives away. הבית של נעה ומשפחתה הוא מקום מקסים ומזמין לשהייה. המרחב מרווח ומעוצב בטעם טוב, עם אווירה נעימה ומיוחדת. מקום נהדר למשפחות - חצר ענקית מוקפת צמחייה, טרמפולינה, ערסל ופינת חי שנמצאת במרחק הליכה קצרה. מאיזור הבית ניתן להמשיך בקלות לשלל פינות חמד - מעיינות, נחלים, עגלות קפה :) התקשורת עם נעה הייתה קלה ונעימה. היא הייתה זמינה לכל שאלה ודאגה שהשהייה שלנו תהיה בול. ממליצים בחום💕

טל וחגית היו מדהימות והיה קל לתקשר איתן, נתנו מענה חכל שאלה או בקשה. הבית מהמם והמושב שקט וכיפי! ❤️

בית יפהפה ובמיקום מושלם - דקה ממסעדות, חנויות יפות מכל הסוגים ומספר דקות מהחוף, ויש בו חניה! הוא מלא בחלונות גדולים ומואר ויחד עם זאת שומר על תחושת פרטיות. יש בו הרבה מאד חללים שונים שמאפשרים גם התבודדות וגם אפשרות להתכנסות. הוא נקי ומאובזר באופן מיטבי. עשינו קניות בשוק עם משלוח שהגיע תוך דקות לבית. שקד היה מסביר פנים וסופר זמין. מתאים בנוחות לששה ובאפן מאולץ יותר לשבעה או שמונה.

The Gardens and pool were stunning. The beach was private, if a little difficult for us to get to. the litchen was well equipped and the hpuse was large with plenty of room for all. Rivka was a delight and attentive to all our requests.

Gil ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und guter Gastgeber! Wir waren für 2 Nächte in der Wohnung und dafür war es ausreichend und passend. Die Wohnung ist sauber und aufgrund der schönen Aussicht auf das Merr und der zentralen Lage, können wir sie weiter empfehlen ☺️

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour. La localisation proche de la mer était très agréable. La place de parking mis à disposition est très appropriée. Le logement en lui même est très agréable et dispose d’une cuisine très pratique et conviviale. Ilan est très réactif et facilement disponible. Je recommande à 1000%

היה תענוג להתארח אצל דן. דירה מקסימה עם כל מה שצריך לחופשה בלי דאגות. דן היה זמין כל הזמן, ענה במהירות לכל השאלות ואפילו יצר קשר בעצמו כדי להסביר לנו דברים על הדירה ולדאוג שיהיה לנו הכי נוח ושנרגיש בבית. בנוסף, דן היה מאוד גמיש ואיפשר לנו להישאר שעות נוספות בדירה ביום האחרון ללא שום תשלום נוסף בעקבות דחיית הטיסה. סך הכל, חוויה מאוד חיובית. ממליצה בחום!

I really enjoyed myself in this apartment. It was very convenient to the restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment and more. I felt welcomed from day one. Whatever I needed they made sure we had had it. We had an awesome host. I recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a place to reside.
