In the street there are small shops, hairdressers and restaurants.The villa is composed in the minus one, bedroom and bathroom and cinema area, then upstairs, 4 bedrooms including a master suite. A synagogue is in front of the villa. The exterior is equipped, barbecue, ping pong table, football cage, basketball hoop, etc. 12 Guest on bed, and possible 2 guest on Sofa. Winemaker's Villa is close to the beach, family-friendly with the best road and dirt bicycle trails in Israel, as well as hiking trails, natural spring pools and beautiful views. By car we are 20 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes to the Train Station and 28 minutes to downtown Tel-Aviv (on the train from Binyamina). It is the perfect place to enjoy a real vacation in nature, do outdoor activities with the family and relax in the garden with a glass of wine. Our unit includes a trampoline.
