Wow! What a wonderful place. So close to the beach and an easy walk to town. In a gated community this home and neighborhood is a gem. Spotless, clean, and comfortable with all you need to cook a great meal. The beds were comfortable too. The back fenced patio was great for entertaining and for our dog. We definitely want to come back

Really great place — the home, its location, and the host were great! The location is really lovely. You have the view of the ocean, the walk to the beach is right around the corner. There was horseback riding at the corner, and you can walk into town (~25min walk/5min drive). Behind the home you have a river view. Also beautiful! Lots of things to do around this area and the beach is nice. The home was also great. Well decorated and cozy. Pretty clean, though the floors were a little bit dusty and could use a bit of a deeper clean. But overall, clean and comfortable! As for the host, they deserve an award :) they were very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Really appreciated them! If you’re looking for a cozy getaway, this is it!

If I could give them 10 stars I would!! The house just felt like a home. It was beautiful. The views were phenomenal and everything was pristine. We loved the quick little walk from the house to the market to the beach! It was the perfect getaway spot! The beds are beyond comfy! And all the white linens felt clean and sophisticated! Many events can be held here! We loved the baby gate towards the loft since the steps are a little steeper than average stairs but not super hard to go up. The hot tub was a great add-on for just soaking our worries away. This place has been a very memorable experience for our family and we hope many others will have the chance to enjoy the wonderful amenities here!! Thank you again!! We will miss this house and your extremely kind hospitality!

The location is amazing. We watched birds out the window for two days straight. The fact that the property has two independent but joined units makes it great for two families or two couples who want to hang out but also want some privacy. The units are spotless and wonderfully appointed. You’re just minutes away from Sitka Sedge, a number of beaches, and the town of Pacific City if you need something or want to go out a beer, coffee, etc. Would definitely return.

This beautiful home is the perfect retreat for couples to have a beautiful time together in the stillness of nature. The views are even more incredible than the pictures show, and with a new hot tub (compared to the one in the pictures) it was even more incredible. Perfect sunset views and comfortable beds. We had a great time. Totally recommend to anyone looking to escape the busy city life.

This house was perfect for our stay with three adults, two kids, and one energetic and anxious dog. Wide open floor plan on both levels, everything you need in the kitchen, walkable to town for coffee, pastry, beach, etc. I was delighted with how clean it was considering it is a pet friendly location—that’s rare! I’m so glad I found this gem and that it was available! Thanks Kyla 🤩
