There is also a washing and a drying machine, a large bathroom. The balcony has a great view to the garden and the mountains. It is a perfect place for morning coffee. In front of the building are placed two supermarkets. There is a desk for touristic destination-tickets for Aquapark,taxy station, excursions, trip with horses.

The second bedroom is private and two children can sleep in the living room. There's a separate workspace. The apartment has a washing machine, a dryer, a large refrigerator, a stove, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a kettle, a TV, and internet. With a view of the sea. 15 minutes walk to the Old Town and to Sunny Beach by train. There are air conditioners in all rooms.

Cozy, family-oriented place, mainly used from my friends. Whenever it's available, I let this, very personal, project to my future friends. I have made this place for my comfort. It's all natural, with environmentally-friendly materials and a 'safe guard' electricity auto protection. It is the only apartment on the 4th floor, no elevator! In winter you can seen Black Sea through the Sea Garden from the window. 5 min walk to the beach and so to the main street.
