House vacation rentals in Nessebar

We rented with two families, there were children,which was very convenient to get to the beach. The apartment has everything to relax comfortably. Nearby there was a shop and a restaurant. Apool with a beautiful view of the sea. We recommend to visit this place,well, we will come back !

We had a great stay at this place! The location right on the sea is simply fantastic, and everything looked exactly like the pictures. The apartment was very clean, the rooms nicely decorated and there were several bathrooms. Communication with the host was great – quick, friendly, and helpful. The large garden was another highlight, perfect for relaxing. The amenities were very good overall, only in the kitchen a few extra utensils wouldn't have hurt, but that wasn't a big deal. All in all absolutely recommended – we would come back anytime:)

The villa was spacious and nice, there was everything that you need. It also had a pool and a fireplace. It was 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and there were no problems.

Fabulous place and great hosts! Ferdinand was very responsive and helpful and answered many of my random questions. The host showed great flexibility throughout our stay. Andrea was very helpful as well and gave us many local tips. She even helped us to locate my lost phone! The cottage itself is lovely, with plenty of space outdoors for kids to play and for adults to chill. The kitchen is decent-sized and well-equipped with a BBQ outside. There was always on-street parking and plenty of beaches around. The outside hot tub is a must!

A beautiful villa with a big green garden and a nice and relaxing view of the sea . Depending on what you want to do , like relax on the beach , have a bike ride , get out on the sea with the canoe , or if is cold outside have a sauna time ,this place has it all . The host is very friendly and helpful . Will definitely come back !

Super place for relaxing trip with family or group. Only the village has not so many direct action, for more active action need taxy to Burgas or for unlimited nightlife to Sunny Beach

My husband and I loved staying here! The owners were incredibly sweet and hospitable, and the room was warm, comfortable and well outfitted. We loved the charming balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. The place has everything you need, the location is perfect, and staying here in the off season is much more enjoyable, since you have the old town to yourself, no traffic or crowds. Ivan's little house is very nice, the outdoor space with its many plants is appreciated. It is well located, close to the beach with commmerces (excellent fruit and vegetable shop) and restaurants within a 5-minute walk and parking available on site.
