We are 3 km away from the Virpazar - tourist center of the lake. This location is ideal for visiting all the beauties of Skadar Lake, and also it is great if you want to visit Montenegro on your own. It contains three studio apartments with free parking. Guests can relax in our garden and vineyard surrounded by beautiful nature. The tourists can also enjoy our old vineyards and wine tasting at our wine cellar. Traditional breakfast, lunch and dinner are available, but not included in price.

Our apartment is in a quiet location, just 300 metres from the beach, bars and restaurants. It has 2 bedrooms and a comfy sofa bed in the lounge. The shower room and smart TV were new for 2024. The sunny balcony overlooks the pool, which is heated as of spring 2025. The apartment sleeps 6, but camp beds for 2 children can be added if you want to use the apartment for 8 people. Or you can bring airbeds. There is an air conditioning unit in the lounge/kitchen and another in the main bedroom.

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.
