The house is located 200m from the sea in quiet neighborhood. Our guests have a big yard at disposal with a trampoline and lots of space for children to play. Also, it is dog friendly house. House is just 5 minutes’ walk from the beach and 3 minutes’ walk from the center of small Mediterranean town of Nerezine. Parkování za domem záleží na počtu aut a není to vždy možné. Klimatizaci nemáme. Apartmán je pro 3 osoby, má dvě velké světlé místnosti směrem ke kostelu. Povlečení a ručníky v ceně. Kuchyň vybavená, lednice, sporák 4 plotýnky. Ložnice s velkou skříní, manželskou postelí a 1 jednolůžkem. Vše na fotografii. V oknech sítě proti komárům. Dům je v centru na náměstí, máte vše nadosah. U domu je místní pekárna, rybárna, řeznictví, restaurace, cukrárna.
