This beautiful vacation house is located in a small village near Rijeka and Crikvenica, and only 2 min walk to the beach. In the walking distance there is a market, post office, caffe bar and restaurant. The house is situated in a very peaceful and quiet area, suitable for completely relaxed holidays. The property enables its guests to enjoy watching stars in the evening, eating breakfast with a sea view in the morning, and/or buying fresh vegetables and herbs from our organic garden.

This lovely inlet off the main tourist trail is mostly used by locals away from the crowded tourist centers, so this is a hidden cove for a quiet, and relaxing holiday. The apartment is exactly as described - clean, comfortable and well provisioned. The balcony is a great space to relax and enjoy the beautiful views over the water. The walk into Mali Lošinj town is only 20-30 mins, so the apartment location is a perfect mix of quiet and natural surroundings and convenience to enjoy the town. I cannot recommend the apartment more! Also, without question the best hosts I’ve experienced on Airbnb… nothing was a problem and they were always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had the best possible stay.

Super schönes, privates Beach-House mit herrlichem Ausblick und beheizten Pool (Chlor).Für 3-4 Personen optimal. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten den stressig Alltag hinter uns lassen. Slaven war sehr freundlich und hat uns persönlich begrüßt und verabschiedet. Einzig und allein der stolze Preis (590 € pro Nacht -ohne Reinigung und Airbnb- Gebühren) über die Ostertage hat ein bisschen gestört, zumal die Unterkunft in denen wärmeren Monaten nicht einmal die Hälfte kostet. Ansonsten war alles tipptopp. Danke Slaven.

Nettes kleines Apartment und zweckmäßige ausgestattet. Daniel und Olga sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Strand ist toll und sehr gepflegt. Kann man sehr empfehlen! Man sollte beim packen allerdings die 80 Stufen bedenken, diese werden in der Beschreibung leider nicht erwähnt. Werde gerne wieder kommen und das schöne Fleckchen genießen.

soggiorno stupendo , alloggio spazioso e rinfrescato da condizionatore e ventilatore a disposizione. 2 terrazze attrezzate di tavolo e sedie di cui una vista mare con tenda e lettino prendisole . il sig.Ivo ci ha offerto caffè e biscotti con bottiglia acqua fresca. sempre disponibile e molto ospitale. Parcheggio davanti riservato . la Villa è a pochi minuti dal mare .noi abbiamo preferito girare per l isola di krk , posizione ideale per raggiungere spiagge attrezzate a 25 minuti , max 45 minuti. Negozi e ristoranti del paese a pochi minuti raggiungibili a piedi . quindi vacanza ottima e ottimo host. più che soddisfatti. ringraziamo per l ottimo soggiorno.

L'appartamento di Kresimir ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre aspettative. Kresimir è stato molto cordiale e ci ha accolto nel migliore dei modi. L'appartamento era pulitissimo e fornito di lenzuola e asciugamani. L'arredamento molto carino e con molti particolari come candele e piante. La spiaggia si trova di fronte all'appartamento, ma bisogna fare un po' di attenzione perchè bisogna attraversare una strada molto trafficata. Nelle vicinanze ci sono comunque molte calette interessanti. In sostanza, appartamento super consigliato!

Marin è un super host , fin da subito molto disponibile e all’arrivo ci ha anche aiutate a portare le valigie in casa, ci ha consigliato e spiegato il tutto alla perfezione. La casa al suo interno è piccolina ma fornita di ogni cosa ( anche la cucina super attrezzata). Ovviamente ci siamo innamorate del terrazzino della sua casetta ma che dire, tutto perfetto. Ci tornerei , grazie Marin!

Sehr sehr nette Gastgeberfamilie ,immer erreichbar und zuvorkommend. Tolles Apartment wie beschrieben, alles was braucht um sich rundum wohl zu fühlen, ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Klimaanlage dank Parterre Lage und Nordwest Ausrichtung nicht erforderlich. Sonnenuntergang auf der großzügigen überdachtenTerrasse . Wir kommen gerne wieder 😀

This is a very cosy studio apartment with a small but usable kitchen and a huge terrace with a gorgeous view. Air conditioner worked well. There is an easy way to be fully separated from the neighbouring apartment's balcony. And we were absolutely pleased with the service of the host. There are 96 steps down to the beach which is just fantastic. It belongs to a few houses around, so it is kind of private (N. B. strictly speaking there is no private beach in Croatia.) Great opportunity for swimming and sunbathing. We even saw dolphins one day. I think this is a perfect place when you are looking for a calm and refreshing holiday.
