You have free parking next to the house, and a barbecue with a covered table that you share with other guests. There are several beaches nearby, from those for children to rocky beaches equipped with ladders to the sea. There's also a dog beach nearby. The distance of the beaches is 2 - 10 minutes walk.

To the city center and the Apoksionem museum takes 10 minutes walk.
