Vacation rentals with a pool in Nerezine

We really enjoyed staying at Damir's place. He is a very friendly and helpful host. Even before our stay, communication went very well and on site he gave us many tips. We (5 adults, 2 children and a dog) were accommodated in two apartments - a larger one and a smaller one where everything was available for daily use. In addition, everything was clean and in order. Damir lives with his family directly above, so was always available to us and yet we had our privacy. The house has a spacious and well-kept property with pool right outside the door, ample parking and a great barbecue area with covered and illuminated seating, which we have often and gladly used. Thank you Damir for letting us spend our vacation with you and your family!

recommended accommodation for a large group of friends or family perfect amenities. hyper-functional appliances . abundance of fridge spaces and kitchen utensils (always comfortable in summer) nearby towns are easily accessible ( apart from the obvious codes of Croatian August). beach 1.5 km (difficult to reach on foot. ) Caribbean Dina was kind and also gave us a lot of suggestions.

Great landlord, there was organic eggs, homemade schnapps, the house was very clean. Very nice and accommodating, we will be happy to come back :-)

This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay! The villa is a peaceful retreat with stunning views that are truly breathtaking. We had a absolutely amazing holidays with my family of 11 ( 6 adults and 5 kids age of 4,8,11,11,15) All 4 The apartments are great and very clean with all necessary accessories (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge air conditioning and more). The accommodation is pretty spacious and comfortable with amazing Patio. What we loved is the fact that we were all together in one Villa but we all had own space too. 
 We also enjoyed spending time in the pool. Kids had the best time ever! 
 The nearest large supermarket is a 15 minute drive and closest beach 8 minutes drive. The contact with Eda and her husband is very good, they will help with everything. Such a lovely and kind people! 
 There were parking spaces in front of the villa too. 
 We had an amazing time and would ABSOLUTELY recommend it to anyone! My all family had best time ever!

We had a wonderful stay in this quiet and picturesque place. The hosts were extremely helpful and likeable – they even brought us fresh tomatoes from their garden in between. We received a bottle of wine to welcome us, which was a very nice touch. The house is modernly decorated, yet it has retained its historic charm. The garden was pleasantly shaded almost all day which was perfect for the hot days. We were there with 5 adults and one toddler and would be happy to come back.

We had two great weeks at Neven's place. He and his family are very hospitable and both the house and the pool are even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything was very clean. Neven came by every few days to clean the pool. Communication with him was very warm. He speaks very good English, so communication was easily possible. He has already given us many tips for excursions, beautiful beaches, restaurants and the like. Also in the house was a folder with information materials for various activities in the area. Marčana itself is a small place that is inland as a starting point for excursions in Istria. However, you can drive about 15 minutes to the nearest beaches. We can warmly recommend the house and Neven.

Nice, silent place, very close to the sea. Beach is about 7 minutes away. Pool was clean, and the whole property was very well equipped (except for the lack of bigger pots). We felt like at home. We had an issue with the infrared hob; everything was fixed in 2 hours. Recommended.

Superbly located apartment with great sea views. Apartment is very comfortable and modern, we didn't miss anything. The beach is quickly accessible and super suitable for extensive walks. Apartment is equipped with a small private pool. All destinations on the island of Krk can be reached within a short time. Nice communication with hosts. It was a perfect getaway. Responsive property management team home close to party venues

Perfect apartment for 3 people + 1 dog. Great location with short walk to Marina and a bunch of restaurants. Francois super welcoming and very quick to respond to our questions. Lovely place with lovely pool, order of things and a GREAT view of the water. Try their breakfast basket, really a treat with great produce that tells the hosts' care 🤩

Ivan and his family were amazing. We had a last minute change and Ivan was very responsive and helpful. Extremely nice. Place was great!!

Everything matches when described and the photos. Slightly outside the center in a quiet area but everything can be easily reached by foot (shops, sea...). Possibility of barbecue and pool. Everything is great!

Everything was very clean and as in the pictures. The apartment is big and has everything. It is very quiet and a perfect place for recharging. We absolutely loved it.

We were completely satisfied. I liked the view best. The apartment was very nice and clean. Everything you need is available. The apartment is located directly on the promenade, from where you can take a nice long walk along the coast and restaurants are also directly accessible.

We had a very relaxing two-week vacation. The location of the apartment is outside, but therefore all the quieter. Not only in the evening, but also during the day you might hear a dog barking or the crickets chirping. By car, you can reach 20 minutes to the big supermarket and about half an hour to the beach. The apartment is very spacious and air-conditioned. The pool is very clean and wonderfully refreshing. Dragan and his family were very friendly and helpful. They made a great effort to ensure that we were doing well, either through the delicious eggs from the chickens or the good excursion tips. A big highlight was the invitation to the boat trip with Dragan in the late afternoon until sunset. A few times we had breakfast and dinner with Dragan's family. You can order this on site and it is great in terms of price/performance. All in all, we highly recommend this apartment. Here you can recover from everyday life.

The contact with Josipa was super friendly and accommodating. Also the house was in good condition, the outdoor area was very new. Twice a week someone came to clean the pool. Everything was available on site and even more than described. The house inside is exactly like the pictures. Thanks to Josipa and her husband for the nice welcome, the uncomplicated handling and thus for the great holiday :-)

Very pleasant stay in a quiet area. Beautifully cared for stay with very friendly and caring owners. Highly recommended. Too bad about the sometimes too busy coastal region, but with the tips of the owners, you can circumvent this. Seeing Croatia by boat is absolutely recommended. Away from the crowds and a very nice area. A fun vacation guaranteed.

The place is lovely and clean. We were received in a very friendly manner and everything worked perfectly with the key handover. I highly recommend it.

Absolute quality host. From us a 10 out of 10! We had a short stay, yet we felt like we were in a little paradise. The house is very clean and everything new, there is nothing missing. Outside, a beautiful terrace with pool awaited us, which is cleaned every day. A barbecue area for nice evening hours with food together is also available. Even a small area for children, with a swing and slide. The hosts are very friendly and we felt at home. Gordan her husband and daughter are such a friendly family and we will come back again. Thank you for the hospitality and the hosts gifts.

It was a super nice guest house, very clean and good located.

We were here at the beginning of September with a total of 7 adults, 4 children between 1.5 and 5 years and a baby. The house, the outdoor area and the complete equipment are on a very high level, everything is in very good condition, works and is very clean. Internet/Wifi is very good with a large cover even on the outside. Everything is there to accommodate even larger groups. We used the barbecue and the covered dining area outside almost daily. It is the ideal house if you don't want to leave for a day or another or the other or just take a smaller hike at the doorstep. The road up to the house is consistently paved and is also no problem with a camper. You have a magnificent view over the sea and it is very quiet up there. The owner is extremely friendly and accommodating. We were a little too early and even got a welcome drink:-) We can highly recommend the house especially for large families or for groups of friends.

All good , clean and host was reactive due to the electricity outage and tried her best to make it ok

Very nice and clean accommodation. Well-equipped and cozy . The garden area was also very good, there were lots of opportunities to relax there. There were toys for the kids. It's family-friendly .
