Generous open space, larch, birch, a proper kitchen with a fireplace and a terrace, what more do you need… The cottage is ideal for a 4-member family, but it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Welcome to the workshop. A former railway building, reimagined. This boutique loft, featuring a modern design and curated art, is a place to unwind and feel at home, with space for 2–6 people. It's the perfect base for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and skiing. Enjoy the Drachensee for swimming and the golf course with breathtaking views. Excursion destinations such as the batwish, wild garden and rock slopes are in the immediate vicinity.

On the shore of the pond, they call it Vandrovský, under the ancient oak tree, there is a place that our Aranka found for herself. Beautiful architecture full of exceptional design and comfort, where there is a spacious shower, toilet, kitchenette and Finnish sauna. Outside, a heated wooden barrel - hot tub awaits guests. All in complete solitude, in the peace and quiet of the Šumava foothills.

Large spacious house, just a few meters from the lake. At the edge of the forest. The house has maximum comfort, 3 bedrooms, each with its own terrace. Spacious living room with fireplace and water views. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area on the terrace. Two spacious bathrooms, two toilets, 15 minutes from the historic town of Pisek and 10 minutes from Blatná Castle. Our place is quiet, comfortable, and a small boat is available. The house is fenced.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. In 2022, our dream was born and in 2024 it became a reality. My wife and I built a log cabin. With my own help and my own hands. We have opened a new log house for you, which, while retaining the traditional style of a log house, is very modernly equipped. It is designed for guests who want to spend a quiet holiday near Pilsen in a picturesque landscape under the ruins of Radyně Castle.

You can set off on beautiful hikes directly from the property. Particularly recommended are the Hirschenstein (with lookout tower, at 1052 m) and the idyllic Mühlgrabenweg. Here you can reach the peaks along a stream. There are also beautiful trails for mountain bikers.
