We spent so much time enjoying our view, whale watching and following the sun go down each night. We couldn’t get enough of it. Perfect location for visiting multiple attractions, bed was extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed. Parking on site was easy, safe and spacious. Having both a washer/dryer is very important to us and it worked great. Host was gracious and responded quickly to our request to check in a little early. Highly recommend and hope to make this an annual visit.

We have stayed at rentals around the world, and Tina’s place was one of the best. Great location and great views just like the pictures, but the thing that stood out was how well appointed the home was. It truly felt like you were in your own home while also on vacation. Tina was a responsive host, extremely friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this location!!!

This was the perfect location to share with our family that was coming from out of town. Total of 4 adults and 4 kids. The house was the cleanest home I have ever rented. It had more than enough items in the kitchen to cook with and lots of blankets, pillows and fans to be comfortable at night. We will definitely be back for a visit! Thanks again Mollie!

We loved The Whale Pod! Great views of the ocean, well-stocked kitchen and overall a comfortable place to be. Also, the walk-in closet was invaluable as an extra "bedroom" for an 11 mo-old in a pack-n-play. The club house pool was also a nice additional activity for kids to do.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family time at Gary's place. Everything was clean and nice, and the views stunning. Beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms updated and with roomy counter space, and just the overall layout of the place made for an easy and super nice place to hang out. We hope to be back.

I had a relaxing stay at Maggie's. everything was as described and minutes from everything you could want or need. the beach access is very walkable. I had a great vacation, would definitely recommend to friends and family. we are already wanting to plan our trip.

Sandy and Scott's home was amazing. Easily one of the best beach front locations in Neskowin. Extremely private even with the shared wall. The hot tub was hot and very clean. The finishing touches in their home were all noticeable. Kitchen appliances to bathroom fixtures were all a cut above. Would love to spend more time back here.

This place made me never want ro leave! Comfortable, great decor, well supplied kitchen, view is so peaceful. The bed was so comfortable! Furniture clean and comfortable! We definitely will be back every chance we get! The walk to the beach is short. And don't forget to try the pizza and breadsticks at the cafe. You have to try the honey on it, so good!

We had an amazing visit with our family of five. The house was immaculate with an amazing setting and view. Comfortable and beautifully decorated. Just minutes from Pacific City, beaches and hiking. The kitchen was well stocked - I was able to make a Thanksgiving dinner without needing to buy a single dish or gadget. We loved waking up every morning with our coffee watching the birds over the water. Can't wait to come back!

The home was clean and it was peaceful. short drive into Tillamook or Cloverdale for restaurants and a short drive to the beach, and sand dunes. not great for a trailer the home is off the main road and a blind corner right before. thankfully we did not bring our wheeling rig.

A spacious bedroom features large windows that offer views of the ocean. A comfortable bed is positioned to one side, while a television is mounted on the wall. A recliner is placed in the corner, and soft carpeting covers the floor.

We have a large family with lots of littles <2 years old. The Blue Whale property was spacious and VERY kid friendly. So many rooms with attached baths was amazing. Easily walkable to the beach and had beautiful views. As a grieving family being together for important anniversaries is how we survive. Jessica was exceedingly kind, responsive, had great recommendations for small children and let her property feel like a home for the time we were there. Would absolutely rent again.

The hot tub water was very dirty when we arrived- chemicals smelled off and the water was greenish grey. However, once we told Bonnie, she had a guy there to change the water and sanitize it within an hour, so not dinging her ratings for that. Water was crystal clear/smelled great after cleaning/changing it. Everything else was great- plenty of things for the kids to do, quiet area, fenced in backyard, and very close to Pacific City.

Great little spot so close to the beach! Had everything we needed to cook for the weekend in the kitchen, fun game and dvd collection, and loved that it was dog friendly! Definitely will be back!
