Vacation rentals in Neos Marmaras

Less then 100 steps down to the sea, private pool and garden. Awesome. We had a great time with kids and friends and enjoyed it very much. Thnak you!

Even before we arrived, the host’s clear and helpful instructions were excellent. We felt at complete ease and the loft was even better than our expectations, especially the warm and welcoming reception, which continued throughout our stay and beyond. There was an entire kitchen (with a balcony) that we could use for cooking and food storage throughout our trip, with everything we could possibly need. Upstairs, the sleeping area (with kitchenette) was quirky in the best way and had a further 2 balconies where we could eat, sheltered from the sun, at different times of day. There was also a mezzanine with further sleeping areas and we found it to be perfect for our needs as a couple but could fit more, comfortably. We didn’t want to leave after the 3 nights and wished the loft was available for our entire 9 days! Fillipos, Athina and Foteini were all truly dream hosts. We would not hesitate to recommend or return to their beautiful homely and welcoming loft, with sea and mountain views!

The best villa we have been into! Amazing location right in front of the beach and great crystal clear water also! Huge garden area gave us the chance to enjoy even more but our kids were the ones who truly had the greatest time there. The villa itself is more than fully equipped and the 4 bathrooms helped so much:) Paschalis, our host, literally treated us like his own family and we couldn't thank him enough. Unforgettable place with a breathtaking view. Definitely recommended! Thank you Paschalis and a big thanx to your Vacaspotting crew! See you again!

An amazing place! Our children loved it too. The sea is close by even with a very small child. The appartment was fully equipped with everything you can think of. Alexa was our dj for the whole week :) Thank you, Andreas. You were a great host!

Extremely helpful and pleasant host, great outdoors area, beautiful and enjoyable and we got what we wanted - the feeling of being remote, private, but close to what you need. In the vicinity you have a fresh fish market, great bakery, stores and nice beaches. Andreas, we look forward to seeing you again!

Eine günstige Unterkunft, klein und gemütlich mit Blick auf den Stand. Perfekt.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Dafnis Haus. Die direkte Lage am Meer und der wunderschöne große Garten, in dem uns Schildkröten besucht haben, war wirklich toll. Wir haben die Ruhe außerhalb der Saison sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Dafni lief prima und ein flexibler Check out hat uns eine stressfreie Abreise ermöglicht . Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gern wieder.

Appartement avec un grand espace de vie et la mezzanine avec les lits. Une immeuble tranquille en cette fin de saison. Très belle vue, terrasse au soleil le matin et à l'ombre le soir. Pleins de restaurants dans cette petite ville sympathique (Afytos) et tout accessible à pied. Jolie plage plus bas aux eaux transparente. Bref super séjour ou rien ne nous a manqué. Merci
