Apartment vacation rentals in Neos Marmaras

There were two of us in Eva's cozy apartment for 10 days. It was sparkling clean, bathroom brand new, wonderful terrace, quiet location. You can walk to many good tavernas and there are wonderful beach coves in the area that can be reached by car. Eva and her dear mother, who lives on the ground floor under the apartment, are very hospitable and communicative. We felt like friends. Hopefully we can come back soon!

Peaceful place in the nice old part of Nikiti

We had a great time and the place was amazing,clean and peaceful.The listing was easy to find.Giorgos responded immediately to my message and recomended to us some great restaurants and cocktail bars.I recommend Giorgos place,he is an amazing Host!

This apartment is really recommended! It was clean, cozy and fully furnished, and felt like home very quickly. The large balcony seems to hang above the water and offers a magnificent view! The area is wonderfully quiet and in five minutes you can walk to the center of Nea Skioni, which has good restaurants and a beautiful beach. Host Kostas was quick to respond and provided all kinds of tips. Hospitality and Enjoyment with a capital H!

Anna was a great host, she was really helpful and communicative. She made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We had a wonderful time and would definitely be back!

Great place on the beach and it’s the best beach in the area. Was quiet on off season which suited me. Lovely flat and a perfect space.

Beautiful, quietly located apartment. In 5 minutes you can walk to the nearest beach and in 15 minutes you will reach the village of Nikiti, where there are numerous opportunities to go out! We had a very nice week!

Nikoletta's apartment stands out from the crowd of other numerous apartments due to its quiet location on the outskirts of Nikiti. Nevertheless, you are within walking distance within 10-15 minutes both on the lively beach promenade and in the heart of the old town. The apartment has a large garden and invites you to linger in the evening. Overall, Sithonia can be explored very well from Nikiti by rental car and also one or the other beach away from mass tourism is easily accessible with a little effort.

We had a great stay! At the end of October, the season is over and there was hardly anything going on and much was already closed, which we found okay and enjoyed the peace and quiet very much. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures – modern, spacious and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped, even with basics such as oil and salt, which was very convenient. Iro is a fantastic host who cares a lot about cleanliness and comfort. She really made sure that we felt completely comfortable. Recommended!

Modern, clean, bright and comfortable studio with view on the sea and next to a restaurant. The table and chairs on the balcony were perfect for breakfast and evening drinks. Quiet yet so close to all the shops and restaurants. 600 metres from the port. Very friendly and welcoming communication. Perfect stay!

We had an amazing stay at Athina’s place! Her mum, Olga was a great host. Their place is very spacious and secluded. The apartment has a private entry, with a terrace looking over the sea, and it was great to have a coffee in the morning! The kitchen and dining room have everything one needs for a vacation, bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and hangers. There is also a washing machine at your disposal! Our family of five (three generations) enjoyed a lot in nearby hikes and swims!

The apartment was modernly furnished and very clean. The small kitchen is well equipped. Just a few kilometers away there are good restaurants and beautiful coves for swimming. We were very satisfied and can only recommend the apartment.

The apartment was very clean, new, spotless, very nice furnished and fully equipped. Quick access to restaurants and supermarket. Also very close to beaches.

Eleni and her son are great hosts, very attentive and responsive! They were a pleasure to communicate with and were very helpful in recommending interesting places to eat and beautiful beaches in the surrounding area. The house with the beautiful garden is a true idyll. We enjoyed our vacation in peace and comfort and had everything we needed. On my next trip to Vourvourou, I will definitely stay there again. We thank them for everything!

The host was very accommodating! There was everything you could expect, including sun loungers, umbrellas and beach towels, as well as compliments from the host.

The peculiarity was accommodation at the turn of years. I searched for a place by the sea, with a fireplace, to feel at home. For my expectations it was exactly what I was looking for. I think summer is a nice place too. We communicated very well with the host, he provided me with wood, I don't think you will need this in the summer :) I frequently visit accommodations with fireplaces and I know that the owners offer only a few wood, for the atmosphere. This was not the case here. Anyway we had a bag with wood in the trunk, brought from Romania :)) The place is well equipped, the place is welcoming, a lot of wood and stone. It was a pleasant experience for us.

Yorgos was the best host I have ever had. He made us feel immediately like a part of family. He bought a milk for us an evening before we arrived and placed it in the fridge, as our son can’t fall asleep without the milk. Next day he invited us to his house (which is right downstairs) and introduced us to his family and invited us to cook and eat pizza with them. On the beach he gave us the big sun umbrella for free, and brought our kids for a tour in his coolest boat! He treated us with ice cream and local olives! His family is very lovely and they all speak great English. I feel like going there next summer again! Thank you Yorgos and the family, we felt very happy and at home during our summer holidays! 😇🙏🏻🥰

Nice and clean apartment with air conditioner in every room and enough space for up to 5 persons. Big jacuzzi in the balcony - perfect for the hot weather. Apartment close to the beach and restaurants with very delicious food. Would recommend to others.

We had a very good time! The view is amazing and the villa is super beautiful. The host is very kind and helpful. Anyway we have two suggestions: 1. There was no air conditoner in the rooms. So we had to leave the door open because it was hot in the rooms. 2. The internet in the rooms is slow. It only works in the sofa.

I can highly recommend Dimitrios Apartments. You have everything what you need, quiet neighbourhood with enough parking spaces and 3 min walking from the main street with all the Restaurants and shops. People who come here, won't be disappointed. Dimitrios is very friendly, also his Parents. Best regards to all of them.

We had a nice stay. The host met us, the day before check-in sent us a lot of information about faster access to the location ,about good restaurants,sights, and beach locations. Our stay was peaceful, the apartment perfectly suited the descriptions and our space was enough for our big company..
