Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Neos Kosmos, Athens

Three of us stayed in Panna's wonderfully equipped apartment for 4 nights in June, 2025. The apartment has everything we could possibly want It's spacious, charming, and clean. The kitchen is superbly equipped with cooking equipment and serving pieces. The roof deck washing machine had laundry supplies. The 2 balconies, one with table and chairs, give views over the quiet street. Panna replied instantly to any question. We followed Panna’s printed suggestions for walks in the area and for a trip on the Tram to the beach. The Tram stops by the nearby Neos Kosmos METRO stop. The METRO stop Neos Kosmos is a short walk and is 2 stops from Acropolis and 3 from the Syntagma stop to the airport. We arrived in Athens close to midnight and took the bus to Syntagma. Uber from there was about 7Euros. For shopping there is Carrefour as well as a few other grocery stores nearby. Check in is with a lock box, so easy. This is a wonderful place with a superb host. Who could want more.

It is very convenient location. Apartment is very nice and clean. Isabella keeps in touch well and very detail instructions. She always responds timely and keeps us transition smoothly! I do appreciate her hospitality and definitely recommend this apartment to my friends and I would love to come back. 5 stars for her host and facilities! MP from USA

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

Квартала беше тих и спокоен, но много комуникативен с автобуси, трамваи и метро. Беше лесно и бързо да се придвижим до центъра, основни атракции и плажовете. В близост имаше магазинчета, супермаркети и ресторанти, така че нищо не ни липсваше.

Roni is an amazing host. He contacted me before I arrived and gave clear instructions on how to self check in, and he didn't go to sleep before I entered. He took care of everything, was involved, and asked if anything was needed. The apartment is very clean, vast, and has everything you need. Loved it, and I will surely come back in the future! We stayed at Errika's place for a 2 nights for a wedding in Athens. It was absolutely perfect! It's a beautiful flat and a real oasis in the city. It's clean and quiet, we slept really well with no issues. It has all the amenities you need. It's also really close to a metro but also walkable to main sights (if you can bear the Athens heat!). Errika was a great host, very responsive and everything went smoothly. Our plans changed last minute the night before our check out and she allowed us to check out at 2pm which was a huge help. She responded even though I messaged her at midnight, and we appreciated it so much. Errika also left a list of local recommendations and we tried a couple which were both great. In particular, really recommend Naif which is a 5 minute walk from the apartment - the food is amazing and service is super friendly. We went twice we loved it so much! I can't recommend Errika's place highly enough - if you're in Athens, stay here!

We found for the 80/night price it was worthwhile but you must be able to walk hills. Not super far from subway but if you have luggage expect to pay 8-10 euro for uber ride from metro exit, generally sidewalks can be slippery with leather bottom sandals in Athens so wear rubber soles or sneakers Grout in bathroom needs cleaning and we needed extra towels for slow leak at shower during our two night stay. Host uses mostly auto-replies so would ensure you arrive before 10 pm so can get in person help at bakery to get in. Refrigerator and small balcony with table and chairs made it a good choice for us. Metro made this a win.

Maria est extrêmement gentille et aidante (elle m'a proposé mille services, moi qui galérais avec un vol de retour supprimé etc.). C'était très agréable de vivre durant 12 jours dans son appartement, la vraie vie des Athéniens !

A lovely apartment - I really enjoyed the quiet afternoons spent on the balcony. Although it’s a bit far from the city center and main attractions, it’s very well connected with the metro just nearby. The surrounding neighborhood is absolutely charming, with kind people everywhere. I truly appreciated these gentle moments of connection with the local community during my trip. We loved our stay in Athens and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The apartment had everything we wanted—private parking, easy check-in with a friendly host who showed us around, and thoughtful amenities like a desk, external monitor, and fast wifi that made it easy to work when needed. The balconies were a real highlight, especially with the comfortable hammock, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The location was ideal, just a short walk to both metro and tram stops, making it easy to get around and see all the major sites. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Athens.

The flat is very comfortable and has a nice clean minimalist design. It's in a great neighbourhood with some nice bars, restaurants and bakeries nearby. It's also within walking distance of the Acropolis and convenient for bus routes.

It was stunning. Its worth every penny. If you are looking for a place to relax we deffo recommend this place. The jacuzzi was hot and the water were clean and you get to have an amazing view of Acropolis with it. It looks better in person.

Appartement très propre et confortable. Belle situation dans un quartier calme. Tous les lieux attractifs sont accessible à pied. Pour aller plus loin, le métro est à 10 mn. Excellente communication avec Eva et Kleio qui réagissent immédiatement. N’hésitez pas à leur demander des info sur les restaurants. Elles ont de bonnes adresses à proximité immédiate de l’appartement. Endroit formidable pour visiter Athènes. On a adoré cette capitale ! Nous y reviendrons.

Had a lovely time in Athens with my Wife and our baby. We felt very comfortable in Fotis’ air bnb. It was exactly what we needed! It was very clean. Also, very good communication between Fotis and us. He recommended us some great restaurants and things to see/do. Only a 10/15 min walk from all the main attractions in Athens. Would 100% recommend come and stay again in the future!

Very beautiful apartment, has a unique view of the acropolis and everything you need to a perfect stay. Magda gave us clear instructions and recommendations to visit Athens. Everything was great.

This day was simply wonderful—a hidden pearl in the heart of effort. With the most breathtaking view of the Acropolis, it felt like stepping into a scene from a beautiful Hollywood film. I’m already looking forward to returning. I can’t recommend this place enough—just wow.

The place was great for a few nights stay. 2 double bedrooms with a great bathroom and good sized kitchen. Even a small terrace. The living space was quite small but we didn’t spend any time there so it was no issue. And the shower was excellent.

Prefect location. Walkable to all sights and attractions. Streets are busy but like any large city it is the best and easiest way to get around. The apartment was amazing. Balcony pictures on listing do not do any justice to standing outside or in jacuzzi. Tax and yannis were extremely Helpful assisting with rides to and from the port/airport as well as tons of local recommendations!

Our stay was beyond expectation. The view was even better than the pictures. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equiped. We were welcomed by many treats and even free caps. The apartment is located within walking distance of all the sites and good restaurants. Thank you for an excellent stay in Athens!
