It is a fully renovated space, on the ground floor of a traditional stone house, with a beautiful garden and a wonderful panoramic view of the lake. serene stone house

Enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful small stone house with fire place at the edge of the forest in the small village of Oxia, just 10 minutes walk from small Prespa lake. The house dates back to 1920 and has been fully renovated in 2014 with custom made design executed by local materials and artisans. The surroundings are quite rural with sheeps and horses at close distance. The lakes, a pristine bird sanctuary is one of the most beautiful and preserved landscapes in Europe.

Hi I am a private individual and my name is Nikos,I live in beautiful Kastoria , my obligation is to provide quality to the world at low and reasonable prices, I have a new studio with a splendid view to the lake and the beautiful castle. there is free parking , and next to me it is one of the best restaurants in the city. Lastly I will not omit to suggest seaside promenades by walking or on bikes that we provide free upon request thank you and have a good stay.

Περιμετρικα υπάρχει κήπος, με υπέροχη θέα σε Γράμμο και Βίτσι. Στο κτήμα υπάρχει και μποστανάκι από το οποίο μπορείτε να προμηθευτείτε λαχανικά εποχής. Στο σπίτι υπάρχει τηλεόραση 32 ιντσών.Πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο. Θέρμανση καλοριφέρ (πετρέλαιο). Περίφραξη γύρω από το κτήμα.
