The house looks out to the golf course and has a lovely sunny disposition with verandah. It was spotlessly clean even though it is a slightly older house. It has easy access to the beach for walking and Is well positioned between Nelson centre and Richmond for shops. It was perfect for us to prepare for our South Island Te Araroa Trail journey.

A perfect place to stay, and would love to return!

We were so fortunate to have found Chris’s place. It is beautiful, well laid out, with incredible views. We were lucky to be able to extend our stay for an additional night, as it was super late the night we arrived and we wanted an extra day to explore the area. Chris is super responsive and friendly and had no problem with our arrival at midnight - he left lights on and his clear instructions made it easy to get in. The bed is comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet, and the outdoor spaces are an added bonus. It’s a little bit of a drive down windy streets to get to town, but well worth that trade off. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Loved our stay at Maree’s place. Great location, very peaceful with an easy drive to Kaiteriteri beaches as well as for trips to the Abel Tasman National Park. Would definitely recommend!

I had a lovely stay. Jacquetta was friendly and helpful, making me feel like an old friend visiting, whilst still providing privacy and solitude. Local knowledge was invaluable and the home is an easy walk into town. I loved the private access to the garden I could see from the room.

A really nice apartment, tastefully furnished and very comfortable. Perhaps a little bit of slightly intrusive noise in the daytime but quiet overnight. Lovely spa and pool area too. Only potential downside is that it’s sort of out on the edge of town. But five stars from me.

Really pleasant apartment plenty of room , very comfortable bed and huge well appointed bathroom. Situated up a low hill with views across natural land and across the bay. Hosts were very kind and informative.

I stayed at Inez's place for 6 weeks during my medical elective in Nelson, and it was the perfect place to be based over this time. The stay felt homely and comfortable, Inez was welcoming and accommodating, and I was perfectly located to explore Nelson and the surrounding area. I would highly recommend for anyone visiting, especially on a longer term basis!

Excellent spot. When we arrived, Jasmine was super friendly and helpful, she gave us some great recommendations for dinner. Her place was clean and beautifully decorated. Would definitely stay here again.

Phillip is a warm and friendly host. The bedroom was very spacious, and the couch with view to the sea was very relaxing. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the prooerty was, just the sound of birds and cicadas . Only negative... if you are taller than 6ft2in or 190cm be aware that the ceiling height in the dining/kitchen and bathroom is low and the shower is even lower.

We felt right at home at Ria’s place. It was modern, yet cosy, very comfortable beds and linen. Ria was amazing with her communication and making us feel very welcome. Would highly recommend staying here if wanting to explore the able Tasman national park, great location to access all that beauty.

Absolutely loved my stay! Seb is genuinely one of the kindest and most accommodating hosts you’ll ever meet. He was incredibly friendly, providing prompt and helpful check-in advice. The studio space is both spacious and cozy, with a luxurious bathroom featuring underfloor heating, heated mirrors, and excellent shower pressure with a wide temperature range. The views from the windows and the balcony are peaceful and serene, offering a unique vantage point to watch planes take off and land at the airport - perfect for aviation enthusiasts! The stay was blissfully quiet; I wouldn’t have known anyone else was around until Seb kindly saw me off at checkout. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Airbnb to others.

Spacious accommodation at a unique location. Beautiful view over the Tasman sea, large terrace well furnished, and generous inside living spaces. Well stocked refrigerator with breakfast items and fruit basket on the table. A wonderful place and a great host. Top marks!!

Cosy unit in a very quiet, peaceful valley with good views of surrounding forest. Had everything we needed and felt private even though next to house; lovely hosts.

This is how you get to the top 1% of Airbnb hosts: incredible stay at this beautiful and peaceful home set atop a small hill with a stunning, 360 degree view from the mountains to the sea, and a very kind and gracious host. Debbie and her two small dogs greeted us warmly, and Debbie walked us through the gorgeous bedroom suite. We loved everything in the room including stargazing at night right from the room. Loved the outdoor hot tub. The road/driveway to her home is well-marked with a “204” sign, and is very easy to find with Google maps. Everything - home, host, area - was so wonderful, we considered changing our itinerary to stay longer with her and her menagerie of animals including the 2 small dogs, a cat, chickens and ducks, who all miraculously seem to get along quite well!

Anja welcomed us when we arrived …beautiful accommodation in the countryside with beautiful little terrace to have an aperitif after a beautiful day of visiting the region . Everything was spotless for beds , sheets , towels and , a big plus , there was everything we needed to make a good lunch in the morning: eggs , bread , yogurt, coffee etc. I recommend it without a problem 5 ⭐️

Kim's apartment was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We really enjoyed sitting in the conservatory looking out at the amazing view of the ocean. I'd highly recommend this Airbnb.
