There were 5 of us for 3 nights and it was fantastic. The place is quiet, it is very clean, the host, Veronica, is a very friendly and helpful person. We recommend it 100%

Ms. Jove's place is very spacious as it was able to comfortably occuppy 22 pax of us. Using the bathroom is not a problem for a big group as the place has lots. Resting areas outside of the home is very relaxing. Ms. Jove is responsive to all queries. She is very helpful, kind, and easy to communicate with. She welcomed us to the place personally and sent us off 4 am in the morning personally. She even helped us load our baggages. Appreciate it much! We really enjoyed staying at Ms. Jove's place. 11/10 would reccommend!

Stayed here cause we attended a wedding. Very nice place. Easy to find and theres a 7/11 downstairs. Highly recommended! Thank you for letting us stay at your place. We will definitely come back again!

Ar's place is located near the airport and ideal if you are flying in or out during off-peak hours. The water pressure in the second floor bathroom can be improved but overall, the place is as described.

The place is perfect for big groups and has complete amenities. The WIFI signal was great. It is also just near the local restaurants like Breakthrough & Tatoys. Ate Nene was very responsive to our needs. Will definitely book in this place again.

We have never rented such a well-equipped apartment or house. In this house we could cook, bake, everything was there. There was ripe fruit in the garden that was allowed to pick. We had a very pleasant time in this house and would stay there again and again.

Thank you Anna and tita Emily for hospitality and making our family comfortable like we are at our home. For us Residancia 50 is great find and we thought we got a lot more than what we paid for. Also we could communicate and ask every question we wanted to know, host's responsiveness is par with quality of the accommodation.

The owners/hosts live at the back of the property and share the entrance gate with the occupants which made it vwey convenient when we had questions. They quickly address issues. Buddy rounds every night and checks that everyone is safe. Their dogs at the back of the house help guard the whole property by barking when sensing people in the perimeter.

I had a fantastic stay at the place. The space was exactly as described—clean, modern, and very comfortable. Everything was well-stocked, from kitchen essentials to fresh towels, and the bed was super cozy. Communication with the host was seamless—friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

My family and friends had an amazing stay at Paul's place. We were traveling as a large group and it can be hard to find restaurants for 14 people at a time. It was so helpful to have Paul recommended caterers to cook meals at the house.

We had the most incredible stay in this dome! The space was beautifully designed with large windows that allowed for breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. The interior was cozy and well-equipped, offering all the comforts we needed for a relaxing getaway. We loved the peaceful, off-the-grid feel while still having modern amenities. My family and I had the most incredible and wonderful stay with Peter and Rowena! Their house, garden, and location and most importantly their wonderful hospitality and friendship made us have the most amazing time ever! The house and garden and location is magic, right next to the most amazing snorkeling with a reef right in front of their house. The house is so beautiful with all the rooms and facilities you need and the garden and pool is incredible with views over the ocean and jungle that is a dream come true. Peter and Rowena are the most amazing hosts you can imagine. We had such an incredible time with them. We had so many wonderful conversations about life, received incredible advice and ideas about all the incredible things you can see and visit in Panglao. The host has a nice little garden with great triangular plums and all kinds of plants, and a cute dog and cat which is my favorite.The facilities in the house are also nice, with a yard and a balcony.Kitchen utensils and dishes are fully equipped and suitable for long-term rental.The location is also not bad, it is a 15-minute walk from the white sand beach and a 10-minute drive from Arona Beach, which is also quite convenient.I recommend everyone to stay comfortably.

A large house in a secure, gated community. Host communicates well, self check in was easy. The only thing to note, 3rd bedroom with bunk beds is positioned as an extension of the master bedroom and doesn’t have a direct access (you have to go through master bedroom to get to it). Over all a decent house that I would happily recommend!

Ken's property is a nice escape on top of the mountain. Central location to the tourist destinations if you have a mode of transport. Ken and his wife made travel arrangements for us to and from the airport.

Great place, very Island paradise

Had a fantastic time at Kevin's place. After arriving we quickly settled in and felt right at home. Kevin was very helpful in pointing out to us points of interest such as beaches, ATMs, waterfalls and other sights. Kevin always responded quickly via the Airbnb chat and was always happy to have a chat in person in case we had a question about something. Would definitely recommend Kevin's place to other travellers, private area away from the crowds with a beach a quick walk away with stunning scenery and a fantastic view of the sunset from the property.

Be sure to follow the instructions listed on the listing on how to get there, NOT, I repeat, NOT the default google/apple maps/waze as it will take you to a random house somewhere. I found the directions on the listing and followed it and was able to get to the place. This place is just walking distance to the main strip where the restaurants, bars, stores, and parties take place, but surprisingly, it was really, really quiet and peaceful! You couldn’t hear any noise, unless you start screaming. So if you’re a party animal, but also want some “me” time when you’re exhausted from all the parties and stuff, this is the place to be. The place was clean, and private. Meaning I had a fenced small villa/cottage. Toilet & Bath was clean. Has a safe for your passports/docs. If you have a scooter/motorcycle, you can even park it in your yard. If you have a car, they have a designated parking lot on the property too. Overall, the experience was great.

Great place to stay, to find peace and just to have a break. Very accommodating and responsive host.

Great place to stay. Close to City Mall, gated, a lot of parking space for guests with cars. The house itself is very spacious, and felt at home.
