Our new favorite place. Peaceful, Private and Quite. Definitely going back. Our fur babies love it so much. They roamed the place like they owned it.

You definitely get your moneys worth, all the reviews I read were accurate. Close to the action, yet far enough where it was quiet. Although I did not meet the host Leah, she was quick to respond to all my messages/questions. Chris was waiting for me when checking in which was quick and easy. Mr. Dandy the security guard was onsite guarding the entrance every night. Dandy was the first person you see when leaving and returning. Dandy is a just a great human being, with the Filipino hospitality you would expect and more. It was a pleasure to talk to Dandy during my 2 night stay. If you are considering renting from Leah… Do It !!

Die Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Traum! Die Lage direkt am Meer, die offene Küche, die Zimmer und der Pool haben uns total geflashed. In der Umgebung gibt es ein paar süße Restaurants und wenig andere Touristen. Eine absolute Empfehlung für jeden, der ein tolles Strandhaus mit viel Ruhe möchte.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless – the rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. The amenities provided were top-notch and added a lot of convenience throughout my visit. The location is also ideal, situated right beside the national highway, making it easy to travel and explore the area. Despite its proximity to the road, the property remained peaceful and quiet inside. What really stood out was the staff – they were incredibly nice and accommodating, always ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality truly made the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located place with great service. I’d definitely stay here again!

Bill n’était pas là durant notre séjour mais sa femme Cristina nous a très bien accueilli et a été adorable. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner qui était très bon. L’endroit était magique, mieux qu’en photos et une fois arrivé sur le lieu, nous étions si triste de le quitter. Nous avons adoré cet endroit !

This is a recommended place to stay for those who want to enjoy a private and quiet resort for adults. Everything was as described. There were detailed and accurate instructions on how to get there from the airport and how to check in. There were plenty of towels and a gift of snacks in the room. The clean kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. The bed was also very comfortable. The resort staff were all friendly, and the area was very calm and quiet. The resort building is quite far from the entrance, so you need a taxi to get out. You can purchase a one-day pass at the resort for $1,800, but the maximum you can use for meals is $1,100, and breakfast was $1,000. There are not many fish on the compact private beach. If you want to enjoy the beach, I recommend joined an island hopping tour.

Stephen was a great host. Perfect place for nature lovers. If you are concerned with dogs, geckos and frogs, you might need to think twice before staying here. The pool here is well maintained and peaceful. There's a sitout by the pool where you can chill and have a great conversation with Stephen when he's around. Loved the place overall

I had an amazing stay at this unit in Mactan Newtown! The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a beachside getaway. With three air conditioners, staying cool in the 30°C heat and humidity was never an issue. After long days at the beach, having a washing machine and drying rack in the unit was incredibly convenient. The kitchen was a great bonus too — perfect for prepping snacks and meals before heading out for the day. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay in Mactan!

Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour. Le logement est impeccable avec beaucoup d'attention portée aux petits détails, rien ne manque. Peter et Rowena sont toujours disponibles sans jamais être envahissants. L'un des points décisifs qui avait retenu notre attention est l'accès direct à la mer et nous n'avons pas été déçus, l'endroit est parfait pour le snorkeling et la plongée. C'est très calme, de jour comme de nuit. La contrepartie est qu'il faut un moyen de transport mais nous avions une voiture donc pas de souci pour nous. Merci pour votre accueil et ne changez rien, tout est parfait.

중학생 아이들과 함께한 대가족 여행이었습니다 . 바로앞 수영장에서 정말 재밌게 놀았어요 . 깊어서 다이빙하기에도 좋았네요 . 냉장고 성능 좋았고 정수기도 편했어요 . 어딜 여행가나 수영복이나 젖은 옷 말리는게 불편했는데 이 숙소는 충분했었답니다 . 거실에어컨만 틀어놔도 시원했어요 . 오히려 잠잘땐 추워서 끄고 잤답니다 . 벌레는 개미 모기정도 ? 모기도 거의 물리지 않아서 벌레에대한 스트레스는 없었어요 . 알로나비치까지는 거리가 좀 있어요, 도로도 울퉁불퉁하고해서 걷기엔 힘들었지만 숙소 바로앞엔 항상 툭툭이가 대기 하고 있었고 근처 맛집도 많아 편했답니다 . 다음에 보홀에 가면 다시 지내고 숙소랍니다 . ^^

This is a special unspoiled place, I would highly recommed to everyone looking for tranquility and getting away from it all.. The surroundings and garden are beautiful, there are many options to hang out and relax. We had the beach mostly to ourselves. The housekeeper family took good care of us and prepared delicious meals. The communication upfront with MaryJeanne was good and friendly, everything was well organised. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back one day!

We loved staying with Izak, Joy and their family! They picked us up from the bus and we felt heartily welcomed from the first moment. The hut is beautifully located right at the beach and everything was super clean. Kitchen is well equipped and if something specific was missing they would help us out immediately. We were lucky enough to get delicious dinners cooked by Joy and in general, the whole family is absolutely happy to support where ever needed. Over all, great hosts, great place, great experience :)

We had an amazing time at Danielle’s Beach House! The private beach access was perfect—our kids were in the water all day. The house was spacious, spotless, and the air conditioning kept us cool. The rooftop deck was a highlight; we enjoyed watching the sunsets from up there. Just a heads-up: there aren’t any shops nearby, so you’ll need to drive to restaurants or stores. The location is a bit remote, but if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place!

The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a good-sized bathroom. There was live music from the bar, but it ended at a reasonable time and didn’t disturb my sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great — easy to catch a tuk-tuk and get around. Would definitely stay here again!

This is the perfect place to visit my girlfriend's family. It's centrally located for her family to be able to visit. It's spacious and accommodating. There's a pool and billiards table to keep everyone entertained. Also the caretakers on-site are very helpful. And Gina makes sure we get checked in and settled before ouour stay. I highly recommend this stay.

Great place to stay, and it's my second time there. The place does not disappoint! Kitchen is fully ready, with clean drinking water and many spacious rooms with beds. Just be cautions of mosquitoes and bring the right anti-insect repellant lotions. Otherwise, we had a great stay and will definitely be back again!

Gia's place was exactly as pictured. You pay for the location and breathtaking views from the balcony. Literally steps from the ocean where you will see everybody snorkeling and diving with turtles and sardines. The location is very close to a popular dance bar that is open until 3am with music playing until then. The offshore boats begin their tours at 7am with noise from the boats and people. I wouldn't recommend if you're a light sleeper. The room itself has a very rustic feel, is spacious and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Plenty of storage space and perfectly working AC. The water pressure in the shower was low, but functional. This rental space will grow on you. The people who operate the reception, kitchen and tours were so friendly and helpful. Toto is a local guide who frequents the property and if you choose to make Gia's your next accommodations while in Moalboal, his local suggestions and knowledge of the area is superb. I would 100% book again.
