Apartment vacation rentals in Negros Oriental

The location of the unit itself is great as there are lots of restaurants/stalls, and even a mall near the area. We were also able to take a walk along the seawall/beachline (if that's your thing). Even if there are a lot of activities that can be done around, it still is quiet and peaceful inside the unit. They had complete amenities inside the unit, as listed. Marcus and Ems are very responsive to our queries and resquests. They gave clear instructions from the check-in up to the checkout process. Will definitely book again the next time I'll be in Dumaguete.

A great little place with a wonderful view

My stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish! From the early morning airport pickup to the seamless early check-in, everything was well organized. The place itself is fantastic, private and located in one of the best areas. I will definitely book it again when it's available!

Bernalyn was flexible with a last minute check in and was very friendly and accommodating. The place was exactly like it was listed and I had no issues.

Perfect place for a few days in Dumaguette. Set in a new build complex with access to the swimming pool and gym available for yoiurselves and a few friends that may come to visit. There is onsite parking but it is chargeable. everything needed for a thouroughly enjoyable stay was provided. both Bedrooms have aircon which cools the whole apartment down if the doors are left open. there is a lift to the second floor. Any queries were very swiftly answered. I would reccomend this to anyone looking to visit Dumaguette for a few days or even longer.

We had a comfortable stay at Rommel's! Communication was easy and the caretaker was very nice. There's some construction going on the courtyard and the pool was closed, but it didn't affect our stay too much.

The place is accessible to resto and port area if you plan to go to Siquijor. Has a safe car park. Place is really nice and good airconditioning . I would stay here again and would recommend the place. Host is very responsive

One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in in Dumaguete. Peaceful surroundings but nearby shops and restaurants and other establishments. Host was very responsive and the caretaker was extremely helpful. Even helped us book a trike to the port. Will definitely recommend this and will book again when I visit Duma. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place was great, good spot to start exploring Dumaguete! Lots of restaurants and a mall nearby, boulevard in tricycle distance, enjoyed the stay! The building was clean and well maintained, secure, awesome pool!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rommel’s place! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The place was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a level of cleanliness that truly sets it apart. I was especially impressed by the weekly cleaning service – a rare find in an Airbnb! The security of the place made me feel at ease, and the location was perfect – close to everything I needed. Rommel is a fantastic host, ensuring that everything was perfect for my stay. By far the best Airbnb experience I’ve had. Highly recommend!

I’d say it’s worth the stay if you’re able to. Only downside I would say is the wifi (I know they don’t have control over it) but over all really good experience no complaints. Easy to grab a cab and Landry service down stairs is perfect.

Phil and Maria are great hosts. Any requests were handled immediately and to our satisfaction. We enjoyed the 15 minute walk to town (daily) to the market and restaurants? The property and grounds are well kept with a lovely garden, where we enjoyed our morning coffee. We stayed in Apartment no 1...which was painted white and bright. They couldn't have done anymore to make our 3 month stay more enjoyable.

Very great deal! It was a bit hard to find at first but once you were able to familiarize yourself with the place and surroundings, it was easily to go back and forth from the city center. Sir Rany was also easy to communicate with, tho, the staff he assigned to us was bit inattentive.

Ms. Beth and Ms. Teri were very accommodating and attentive to my concerns, which made the stay more pleasant. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, including the CR. The unit is equipped with most of the essentials you’ll need during your stay, which adds to the convenience. The neighborhood is peaceful, making it an ideal place to relax. However, it would be helpful to have a broom in the room so we could sweep the floors as needed. Adding a basahan in the kitchen would also be a great touch. The WiFi connection was a bit weak during our stay, so I had to rely on my personal pocket WiFi. Overall, it was a nice experience, and I appreciate the effort put into maintaining the property. Will definitely book this unit again in the future!

Terri's place was a great place in a pinch! I had a last minute booking, Terri had availability and that made my first stay in Dumagete a good one! Her place is located next to a professional massage spa; a short walk from food vendors with vegetables, fruits and your cooking needs. Also a short ride from the port/airport and downtown Dumagete. There you can enjoy the bay front, restaurants and other local entertainment. The condo also offers a rooftop that is great to have you morning coffee as you watch the sun rise and enjoy the view of the mountains 🏔️. Beth was very responsive to any needs/concerns and was a joy. Thanks for a great 1st stay in Dumagete!!!

Great place to stay. Close to City Mall, gated, a lot of parking space for guests with cars. The house itself is very spacious, and felt at home.

Yutai's house is very comfortable for a nice place to get away!
