If you're looking for a place to relax, I recommend this place. We had a good time during our stay here. The property is full of art which I love. You can read books and watch netflix too.The wifi connection is fast and best for those who wfh. There is a balcony which has a good view of mountain. If you need something to buy, there's mini mart nearby and lots of bank where you can just withdraw money. The host us very responsive and very accommodaing too. I will definitely book this place again.

My girlfriend had a wonderful stay at this condo in Bacolod! The unit was clean, modern, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient—close to shops, restaurants, and major points of interest in the city. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was very responsive and accommodating throughout my stay. We enjoyed our stay at Andy's place. The unit was clean. We really like the location , so close Ayala Mall and downtown Bacolod. Guards were friendly and helpful and the host was very responsive and accommodating.

We're really glad we chose this listing, great value for money, and my kids absolutely loved the place. It had everything we needed. The only con was the parking, though that’s beyond her control. We also stayed at Campuestohan, but Liza’s place was definitely the better choice. We’ll absolutely return to Bacolod and stay at Liza’s again.

At first we had a hard time finding the place (error on maps, and us). But the host was responsive even if he was not in the country. He still managed to assist us in checking in. The unit was also cozy and clean.

We stayed for 11 nights. Overall it was an excellent experience. Read the other reviews - they are 100% accurate. Highly recommend. Edgar was an absolute delight to deal with from start to finish. Very professional and detail oriented. He has really taken the time to think everything through in terms of what guests require. Condo has everything you need, is very functional. Very clean and in very good condition. There are a lot of devices and remote controls in the unit, which on the first day was a bit overwhelming, but it all proved to be very useful. Alexa was a hoot. Huge TV. Washing machine worked perfectly. Towels and sheets were very comfortable. Lots of hangers (extremely important for long stays). Contrary to negative reviews we had read about the building's staff, we were treated very well by every single one of them. Check-in was a breeze. Location is perfect.

We had a great stay at this property booked here twice. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The place neat and clean. Host is Very responsive. This property offered great value for money and we would highly recommend it to others visiting iloilo.

The stay was enjoyable, and the location was excellent, complete with all the necessary amenities. The small iron was particularly useful, and I really appreciated the tea setup. However, we did encounter a small issue during check-in when the door wouldn’t open, so we had to wait for the owner to come and let us in. We are very grateful that she promptly helped us, especially considering the distance she traveled. The hand soap and shampoo provided were of excellent quality, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the view was fantastic. Air-condition was top notch compared to other spaces this was adequate and could reach my desired cozy temperature of 16 to 18. will be my go to place!

It was already my 3rd time staying at Irene's place and it never disappoints. Near everything,has big and safe parking area, unit was clean, you can watch netflix all day, and Ms. Irene was very accomodating and friendly.

Host is very responsive and even let us check in 2hrs before the check in time. The condo itself feels very safe and staff were very friendly, it also has large pool to relax and the Location is very accessible if you want to commute using public transportations. The Unit itself is very clean, bed is very comfy, living room is spacious enough and very comfy, best one for us is that the unit is on the 14th floor with a balcony and has the best relaxing clear view of the pool and the city. We checked so many places but my partner and I both agreed that this one has the greatest value. We really enjoyed our stay and I hope that this place will be still be vacant when we comeback here to visit.

Loved my stay here! This Airbnb is spacious, cute, and comes with all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the honesty store was a brilliant touch (and much needed with no close convenience store!). Felt very safe as a solo female. Super comfy and fast internet. Only minor downside was some hallway noise. Highly recommend for a comfy and convenient stay!

Right next to beautiful Ayala mall. Clean condo looks like the pictures. Host was instant help any time we asked. Clean fully stocked. No bugs or issues for us.

We had a very comfortable stay. The place was clean and very cozy.

It is always great when you get a host that goes out of their way to make the stay comfortable. Chiechie was quick to respond to the issues faced. Despite facing some initial problems at the unit (plumbing) and lack of amenities (soap/shampoo), the host was quick the try and rectify the issue with maintenance. Always reassuring to have a host like this when you’re travelling for work/leisure.

Satisfied with our stay. The place was clean and spotless. The aircon was really cold and fully functional. The towels and linens also smelled good.

We had a really great stay at Phil and Jasmin’s airbnb. The best airbnb I have stayed so far, everything feels so comfy and at home. Plus everything is available, what you see from the pictures are the same and would exceed expectations. We also had fun at the pool… Will definitely book again in the future.
