10 minutes from Gap/Tallard airfield, in the medieval village of Tallard, not far from the legendary Route Napoléon, is our bright and functional studio on the 2nd floor of a large house from the 1930s, completely renovated with large private garden at your disposal, car, motorcycle and bike parking, possibility of bike rental. A great place for sports, air, mountain, lakes and rivers are nearby. The studio is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen with oven, microwave etc. Sheets and towels are provided. You are welcome!!

Accommodation with hot tub and “Des Grands Prés” garden

Come and recharge your batteries at the foot of the family-friendly Laye ski resort, very close to the Gap Bayard golf course. We offer a comfortable, independent, single-story cottage of nearly 90 m², with a hot tub and magnificent views of the Champsaur Valley. The gîte includes 2 bedrooms of 15 m² (161 sq. ft.), a large, fully equipped kitchen-living room, and a veranda. You will also enjoy a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's games, and parking spaces.

Nice studio in the countryside

The 30 m2 studio is located under the vaults of the old bread oven of our house. The living room consists of a small kitchen equipped with the essentials, as well as a sleeping area with a double bed; at the bottom of the vaults hides a small independent bathroom. Isolated in the countryside at the foot of the mountains, the private terrace will offer you a beautiful view of the Durance Valley. Ideal for relaxing, you can also enjoy on-site walking trails and the climbing site.

The villa is adapted and suitable for families, close to transportation and the center of town. It is situated 20 Minutes from ski stations and lake serre ponçon. You will appreciate this large house, 150 meters squared, for its beautiful views and comfort. The villa is perfect for families and kids. The villa is 2.5 km from the city center of Gap and in located in a calm and picturesque environment. It is located not far from the hiking areas of Charance and Ceuze.

Halfway between Gap and Tallard, come and discover this small chalet in absolute calm. The window overlooks a field with a forest. An equipped kitchenette, with the necessary items included for breakfast (eggs from our chickens), will allow you to prepare meals to enjoy on your porch or on our beautiful terrace a little further away offering magnificent views of the entire valley. Hiking trails pass 150 meters away. Special welcome for bikers and board games!

Delphine's cottage

Beautiful, very comfortable accommodation consisting of a bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet and dining room with kitchenette located outside the accommodation. Ideal for recharging your batteries, the cottage is located in a Provencal farmhouse in the heart of nature. You will be amazed by the 380° view of the Orpierre mountains. You can visit the farm, the vegetable garden and buy tasty vegetables! This atypical accommodation is suitable for nature lovers.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The apartment is a fully renovated 2-room that I am renting again this year because we are living in our house. It is located in a very quiet residence. Redone with taste, I hope it will make you have a great stay in the Hautes Alpes region. You will have salt, coffee, oil, sheets, towels, sugar and everything you need for your stay. It has a small terrace overlooking a small lake and Ceuze Mountain.

The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

Apartment - "Le Cabanon"

At the foot of the Ceüze cliff, surrounded by nature and with exceptional views, we offer you our 44 m² two-room apartment in an old stone house adjoining our residence. Access is via a forest road of 300 m. You can unload your suitcases near the apartment by parking in front of the house. Please note that the path is not cleared of snow and access in the event of a snowfall is on foot. The slope is significant at times (nearly 25%).
