Just above Serre Ponçon Lake and it's dam, the appartment provides countryside’s calm and a large terrace where you’ll can relax in front of the mountains. By default, a 180x190 bed is installed, if you prefer 2 small beds, please, tell us in your booking message. The nearest ski stations are Montclar (about 30 mn away) and Reallon (about 40 mn away) but you’ll be able to have a sledge ride in the surrounding fields. Hiking trails are less than 150 m away from the accommodation.

New studio with independent entrance in a quiet and residential area. Electric roller shutters. Parking space. Modern kitchen with induction stove, range hood, fridge, microwave, Senseo coffee maker and kettle. The studio adjoining my home is separated by the garage for more privacy. The south-facing terrace will bathe your home in sun from the first rays. The accommodation is located 10 minutes from Tallard, about 30 minutes from the ski resorts and Lake Serre Ponçon.

The bedding is new (mattress and bed base) in 190 x 140 cm. Bed linen, towels, shampoos and shower gel are provided during the stay.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The apartment is a fully renovated 2-room that I am renting again this year because we are living in our house. It is located in a very quiet residence. Redone with taste, I hope it will make you have a great stay in the Hautes Alpes region. You will have salt, coffee, oil, sheets, towels, sugar and everything you need for your stay. It has a small terrace overlooking a small lake and Ceuze Mountain.
