We a family of 4 + our fur baby stayed at Emily’s place during Easter and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. We love the location! The area isn’t packed with busy crowds and vehicles compared to the estuary. It only took us 5 - 8 minutes walking to the riverside. It’s for fishing kayaking. Emily’s place is very clean apart from a few cobwebs here and there, which didn’t bother us at all. The kitchen is well equipped, from dining wares, utensils to cookwares and other cooking necessities such as cooking oil. Having a responsive host is a ++. We’ll be back again that’s for sure 😊

Family of 4, stayed here for a long weekend. Naomi’s place is exactly like the photos, convenient, quiet and private. Considerate touches throughout make it feel like home including bath and beach towels, body soap, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner, books and games. Kitchen is well equipped with quality knife set, pans, pots, cutlery and crockery. Milk, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper all provided. Bottled water and chocolate biscuits in the fridge were a surprise and much appreciated. Beds are comfy including the fold out couch which our two teenagers enjoyed sleeping on. Real treat to have 2 tvs, both with Netflix so we could enjoy downtime separately from the kids. Thoroughly recommend Naomi’s place for a relaxing stay in Yanchep.

We needed a place to stay close to two rocks and this place was great. Perfect spot for 2 adults and our 5yr old. So many board games and a great playground in the backyard. Friendly dogs and hosts. Place was comfortable, modern and Campbell/Edell have thought of everything needed for a great airbnb stay.

The guesthouse is tucked away, and was extreamly clean and perfect for our short stay. We had a great time, communication and instruction on how to use items in the house were clear and informative. Thanks for having us.
